Awesome video as always, sounds like you have a busy year ahead! You may have mentioned it before in another video, but what are your plans with the Donkeys? It seems most if not all of your animals are for food purposes, so I was curious what you're planning to do with the donkeys. Happy New Year!

We use them for protection from coyotes mostly, although we hope to train them to run a sugar cane mill someday.
