I can't believe they set a cliffhanger on Max's side at the end of episode 7, and 5 second later spoiled the shit out of it in this preview.
Don't forget a few episodes ago showing the helicopter shot down in the promo, which was basically the last minute or two of the episode! They seem to enjoy spoiling it!
well if they wanted him dead then the episode would end with his death... that would be better shock than cliffhanger..... cliffhangers like this ends up that the character survives
Man, that's your fault; I never look until the episode airs. I don't what's going on with some marketing these days. They're like gossipers who can't wait to expose a secret; can't help themselves when it comes to movies and tv productions. It's like they're not confident about the product.

Great show based on so very many present day issues. I am just getting ready to watch episode 8 of the last season. I am betting the Russian operative is on Carrie's side and will help her. Yevgeny has done horrible stuff but seems to care for Carrie. All people that really care for her do try to help her. That actor playing Yevgeny, Actor Costa Ronin was great on the show The Americans. He has a talent for playing both sides as a conflicted agent. No spoilers! I want to see these last few episodes play out the way I'm guessing. I see the president, his traitor aide and a slew of people going Down due to the work of Carrie. Assign Carrie to the crimes of Trump for 2 days and he'd flee this Country on day 3.

I don’t understand why they are trying to make us feel compassion for Haqqani. Most of this season seems to be of Saul running around doing everything he can to protect Haqqani. He murdered Fara in cold blood...he is a murderer, an evil one. He’s tired of the battle & that’s it.
Maybe because a few weeks ago a peace deal was made irl between America and the Taliban if weapons were handed in? Even in season 4, Carrie left the Company, because of all she had done and the government were doing. So it's not just because Haqqani is old. Besides ppl can change their minds- Brody for example. They were fairly young and both realised how f up these killings were. IMHO

LOL. it is not a fcking peace deal but it is US withdrawal agreement. i just finish reading the document regarding the agreement. no ceasefire, no disarmament, the taliban could freely attack afghans military and government, taliban did not have to compromise or give any concession. just some vague verbal promises. damn, US really are throwing the afghans under the bus. wont be surprise if taliban would take over afghanistan in the future. oh wait, even trump himself said, taliban taking afghanistan in the future could happen.
Sometimes you are better off going with the devil you know than the devil you don't know. Obama and dems were a strong "regime change" type of administration and policy agenda. It didn't seem to work. All that would happen is they'd replace an evil leader with a worse evil man.

@@chikushodiz91 I don't know if they'll give us a happy ending with Carrie. I don't see it. There are no happy endings in this show and that's true for many people in these situations.
