Looks great! I do a few dishes with this yogurt tahini sauce already. The addition of a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice adds nice acidity to it. Love harissa too! Nice job and I look forward to trying this one very soon! Thank you Chef!

Looks great! I love chicken thighs, Brussel sprouts, and I use Harissa. Where do you get fresh curry leaves?
We use a "Schmallet" to pound out meats (from Cocktail Kingdom). It's wood and works wonderfully.

Doesn't the acid in the vinegar strip off the seasoning? I have the hardest time keeping my carbon steel seasoned.
