I get often asked if I’m a teacher in Korea but no! I found another way to move to Korea for a substantial amount of time without going to university.
This is a bit different to what I usually do I.e dear Emily or my own music but I thought it’d be an interesting trial to do a little Chit Chat with you!

Hey where did you find your host family? I found out that is really hard to find Korean families!!
Alice Mariani I’ve only been able to find two on aupairworld.com! I don’t really use the other sites bc I like that one the best (I’m not even going anymore, I got all the way to almost applying for my visa and the family changed their mind lol) the search continues 😔

When you said Jimin's thighs I CACKLED - I just came across a tiktok that said be an au pair you won't regret it, because hell nah I do not have a bachelor cause I have also been to uni, and to teach English there it's a basic requirement. So I'm looking into becoming an au pair in Korea for 12 months (and then get married and never leave lol)

Which type of visa did you had the get to be an au pair in Korea? Work, D7 or D8?
I had the same idea of flying to a country were I can improve my French but now I'm like , nahh I also want to learn Korean and make an Au Pair year in South Korea 😂 So now I'm learning more French while learning Korean 😅
Did u find any host families ?
@@chaimaepikachu1396 It's kind of difficult to find one with an agency on your back. And because of Corona I'm not going to be able to do an Au Pair year anymore 😪
I didn't find any Korean family on the au pair world website
Did u spend all your pocket money in Korea or was there something left for putting it in your bank account in your home country ?

i'm 18 and i want to try aupairing in korean, but as you said it's hard to find a host family in there hehe. When you were searching for host family, you just search in aupairworld or in the many website? How about flight ticket? And how about the family? they're talking in korean or english? I'm sorry for many question hehe^^
Assa Farida no worries about all the questions I’ll be doing another video asap on aupairing as well as some more interesting and exciting new in my life once my equipment such as computer is sorted hahaha.
So with the website you put in your presence countries and based on your profile ie:nationality age and health answers(do you smoke..etc..) families that match that will be displayed to you first. So I just put korea and where I am was what I was presented with.
It is standard that at least one parent or guardian is proficient in you language also~
With my flight again, my family was shady (haha) and I paid for my own ticket.
