- Nike’s super-cushioned trainer returns with a facelift and all the bouncy goodness we’ve come to love from the Invincible. The Nike ZoomX Invincible 3 boasts thicker stacks of ZoomX foam-the same midsole material used in the Vaporfly and Alphafly racing shoes-than you’ll find anywhere else. That bouncy feeling, in the past, felt unstable-despite the dumbbell-shaped sole with an exaggeratedly wide forefoot designed to keep you from wobbling. Now the cushioning feels more finely tuned.

The 3 should still be a great option for your easy runs!
The heel slippage in this model… I wanted to like it. This was a step backwards the upper feels too stiff as well.

It appears bulky. Is it alright to run in it? Or is it just a casual walking shoe at best
We love it for running! It is bulky, but the ZoomX midsole foam is very soft, so the wider platform adds stability for running.
