we were on holiday in yorkshire doing some fossil hunting for our other youtube channel "dj fossils" although the railway is closed for public travel we thought we would visit the sheds and look around
we saw a few good bits and as luck would have it a private charter was running in the form of LMS 5428 Black 5 eric treacy pulling a mixed rake including pullmans and a steam generator car at the rear
LMS 5428 was built in 1937 by armstrong whitworth at newcastle upon tyne
in total they built 327 black five locos
