I had the Hornet 900 and loved that bike and I do miss it. I now have the GSX S 1000 which I also love. I wish they were both in my shed. Take care and stay safe.
Glad I can point you towards the hornet 600 it's a very good bike all around its comfortable and has enough power to keep you happy, low and high revs are good they are balanced nicely so it isnt choppy or sluggish had good power even in low rpm
Stop man if I had of seen this earlier I would have went for a spin with you, but now I have a broken spine and shoulder blade and my Hornet is a piece of scrap
Thanks for the support man and actually remembering the channel to come back and check, I crashed at 170kmh and tbh I'm not sure how it happened but all I know is I was going 170kmh and boom woke up with paramedics over me lol 😂 I broke my l3 vertebrae and tore a liguments in my spine also. And I broke my right shoulder blade and tore my muscles and liguments and tore my nerves in my right arm.
@@MoToxicity fuck me man I'm sorry. Coulda been any one of us. You done with the bikes then? On a CBF 125 at the minute for insurance reasons but I'm looking at a ninja 250 or hornet 250 next year if I'll get insured on the hornet.
Stay away from the ninja man trust me get the hornet 250 you will absolutely love it honestly, and nah I'm never done with bikes unless I die somehow haha biking isn't a hobbies man it's a lifestyle man
Not sure about flat foot but you would be able yo hold it with confidence and not on your tippy toes, depends on your leg lenght but you'd be comfortable on it
Do you mind me asking how you crashed? I had a chain snap and a rear wheel lock out at 70mph on the M7 yesterday on rinky dink DR250S. I got lucky and didn't get too broke up. Looking at buying a Hornet as a more safer and sturdy road bike, am I making a good or bad decision? I hope you recover back to full health so you can be back on the saddle in no time! Cheers
@@MoToxicity hi I have a question, I live in London England and I'm thinking about buying a honda hornet 600cc 2001. Problem is I'm not even old enough for such a big bike. Im turning 18 in 16 days.. I've got a 125cc but I think im done with it... my insurance got cancelled today.. and i I hate riding with a number plate. My question is if the Honda 600cc is fast enough for a police chase....
Definitely it's a well rounded up bike for everything. cornering, speed and the suspension is good for shitty roads won't get thrown all over the place. But I recommend you don't run from the police that can end really badly for anyone

Sorry to hear that you've crashed mate, hope you have a speedy recovery!! I enjoy watching the videos and I've just passed my theory and looking at getting a hornet 600 myself. Zero bike experience but we all have to start somewhere. Has this put you of riding or when you recover will you be looking to get back on the bikes ?
Nah man I'll be straight back on the bikes haha just need to buy a new one because the hornet 600 is scrap now sadly, and man you will really love the hornet 600 as a started bike man
Glad to here it 🏍️...have sent away for my license so I'll be doing my ibt soon as I get it 🙌 Yea sure do man, it's Shane_mc_93. I already follow you on there too man.
Sorry bro only seeing this now, thanks for the follow on insta also and best of lú K getting your licence and doing your ibt you'll be riding in no time
This is the best vid I've seen relating to the hornet.
Shows the acceleration of the humble hornet in dealing with slower cars and bikes.
Bravo Sir.

Safe riding man and all hornets are the best haha
The ride is perfect and the sound is great.. 👌👌👍
Thank you I appreciate it 💯
You're a beast mate, love the vids, inspired me to take up riding 🙌
Thanks man appreciate the support and I'm Glad I got another rider on the road 💯
never underestimate the 600f, up to about 90 to 100MPH there is very, very, little that will make it look stupid..
Loved it. I was going for a duc monster and now considering this. How does it feel in low rpm and high rpm?
Glad I can point you towards the hornet 600 it's a very good bike all around its comfortable and has enough power to keep you happy, low and high revs are good they are balanced nicely so it isnt choppy or sluggish had good power even in low rpm
But high rpm is where it gets fun it the bike really comes awake
What's up man are you out much during lockdown? would love to go for a spin with ye, I'm a learner have a cbf 600 similar to the hornet

Came back after a while to see if you had any new vids, sorry to hear you crashed. Do you mind me asking what happened? Hope you get well soon mate.

Would I be able to flat foot his bike at 5'6? Thanks

i think you would. As I am 5'3, and both feet (front hlaf) can place on the floor when i stop.
How is your recovery going? I have a fzs 600 and going in for the theory this week. I might catch you around the wicklow gap someday.
It's going good but long recovery probably won't catch me in wichlow gap until 2-3 years. But enjoy your fzs man and stay safe
@@MoToxicity You will get there man, that day will come before you know it and thanks I'll try my best
Yeah beo time does really fly already 3 months since crashing

how many kilometers did you cover with hornet 250?
How much is fuel consumption?
Around 200kmh or 240kmh full tank depending on how you ride
What exhaust does it has?
Hi mate, it's a lextex YP4
