Don't buy a Samsung refrigerator. The ice maker will break after less than 2 years of ownership. There is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for their defective ice makers. The ice makers are very poorly engineered, and you will spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on repairs. Also good luck getting a Samsung fridge repaired, very few appliance repair shops are willing to work on them, and you will wait weeks, if not months for parts!
I found a website where appliance repair persons give their opinion on brands of refrigerators that they fix the least. This is the list - GE, Bosch, Whirlpool / Maytag, and Frigidaire. Amana is now also manufactured by Whirlpool.
I wouldn’t buy or wouldn’t let someone give me a Samsung . We bought one about 4 years ago. It ices up in the refrigerator behind a wall , where there is a fan and the ice gets built up to the point … the fan can’t turn causing the refrigerator to stay about 56° no kidding …worthless
Yes, I have that LG Refrigerator Model# LFXS269735S purchased 2019. It stopped cooling in the fridge and guess what? The compressor was a part of a huge class action law suit because it’s faulty..but LG doesn’t care, they did nothing to redesign the compressor they just kept using it and they’re still using it! And what’s worse is that I bought an extended warranty that’s worth nothing because LG doesn’t have available technicians to repair it..let alone order the parts from China! Worthless… 2hours and 57 minutes on the phone with LG with zero results..they just sent me an email saying sorry they don’t have anyone available to repair it. UP THE CREEK

I just sent my 35 year old side-by-side Gibson fridge to the garage and got a 5 year old Whirlpool French door from my daughter's old house. What do you bet that this newer fridge will last 35 years?

The best solution would be to get a water filter dispenser that has measured dispensing, but I just can’t find one that isn’t built into an icebox! 🤬
Don't buy Frigidaire Professional series. Doors constantly pop open and makes ice soooo slowly

I would get an attorney. They are legally required to honor the warranty if they can't do that then they need to be held accountable.
Everything is stainless steel which I think is so ugly. I like white, or some nice non stainless steel color.

My Lg stopped cooling after 3 years. Bad experience.
There was a Class Action Lawsuit against them for defective compressors. Unfortunately it closed in 2020. I would have loved to have joined the suit.
LG and samsun under fed investigation because of high repair numbers -- especially the compressors.
