-Let's get into a state of mindfulness and play by painting for our soul. No experience needed, this is just for fun and it's only paper! We'll create printed tissue papers for collage onto our journal pages over time...each lesson building our confidence and skills. Open up to an experience of painting fun and play, with no expectations. This should be a pleasant retreat from your busy life, a time for play and rejuvenation. I find it's better than meditation!
