I decided to look up kitbashing for items used from thrift/dollar stores and I came across a couple of your videos, but this is the one that made me subscribe👍🏼 this Droid turned out so great! I can imagine an army of these would be excellent to see! 💯 keep up the great work! (As always) This is BRILLIANT!! I love this droid so much. I never noticed the shape of that Advil bottle before but you are so right it screams droid.
It funny how packaging stands out when your looking for it. My wife was about to throw away a dental floss container and I saved it! 😂
I don't know exactly what I'll use it for but I have something in mind and when the time come I'll definitely do something with it! 😃

@@DRToysCreations Oh! oh! I pulled the innards of a dental floss container out recently. If you turned the insides vertical (of the brand I had of course) it had kind of a mechanical crane look to it with a wheel too (where the floss was originally wrapped around). I wrapped some .025" polystyrene rod around it to look like a cable and attached a hook to the end of it. I was making a Star Wars mechanics bay diorama with some rebel ships being worked on. The "crane" was a perfect addition to the rebel hanger bay mechanics shop. Dental floss to the rescue.
@@traviss3913 Very cool, my floss was the freebie that the dentist gives out at a cleaning, it wasn't very cool inside but I check out a full size one for sure! Thanks

Fantastic build mate, very impressive. Only constructive criticism is I don’t think the golden colour goes with the overall gunmetal but overall an absolutely cracking little build.

Nope, thy are normally pretty sturdy although my Ramen Bot I had to glue him to a base because wanted him in a walking pose.😀

Nice build! I am kind of late to comment on this video, but l noticed one thing: always drill the barrel of your gun out. It adds much more dimension to a gun when there is an actual opening on the end. (Oh, and that is a capacitor you put on the leg, not a resistor, but that is just me nitpicking)
That's funny, I can't remember if it was on this vid but someone called out the drilling out the barrel thing and I do it as a practice now. Thanks so much for the feedback I do appreciate it.

What kind of glue bottle is that? I like the thin nozzle, looks like it has great control.
