- Hello fellow riders/youtube people.
Video from the series of how to undress ....... today Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE.
I hope it will be of help to you with various repairs and modifications.
Amazing. I've just bought a 2nd hand 1000 SE '22 and I'm excited and confident to perform this undressing! I've watched several videos about it but this is the best one by far! Thank you so much Andy.
Just awesome. I have just fitted a sat-nav to the spare connectors under the fairing. Refitting I had 2 spare fasteners..... this absolutely could not have come at a better time. Thank you so much
Today I've put in practice all these procedures from Andy as I had to get access behind the dashboard to connect a mobile/charger holder and replace the usb socket for a better one. I was a little nervous at the beggining but I was able to undress and dress my bike back again without any problems. Thanks a lot Andy! I'd couldn't do it without your useful video!
your welcome my friend
Thank you!
This is the mist important video about the Versys 1000 for the user that want access to work in it.
Just fitted some crash bars to my Versys. That was really helpful Andy. Thank you for your efforts 👍
Your very welcome, enjoy your crash bars, just don`t try them right away ;-) Ride safe
@@MotoAndy 😁👍
Thank you very much for this video. Starting next week I want to install a navigation device on my new Versys 1100 SE. I also need to adjust the headlights (lamps). At the moment they are still shining too high. I will definitely have to remember where I unscrewed the screws so that I don't have any problems when putting it back together. I have already seen some of your Versys videos. They all really help me. Thank you very much. Greetings from Hanover, Germany.
@@schwarzfahrer763 your very welcome and good luck with all the jobs 👍
Thanks once again. This video helped me undress the left side to route my Garmin cable. No leftover hardware or broken panels.
Thanks Andy! This was extremely helpful. Keep up the good work 😄
Just finished installing a zumo xt on my Versys. This vid was very helpful with how the plastic is removed. Appreciate it!
Thank you very much for this great video Andy. Just what I need. You had a lot of work to do this video. Regards from Betanzos (Spain)
Your welcome
You're video was so helpful, just having a minor panic attack and I've managed to sort it out! THANK YOU!
just subscribed.. great vids. i just bought a 2019 1000 SE LT and plan on doing the maintenance myself. now i find myself waiting for your complete engine rebuild video... :)
Hello 😉 I just became the owner of this beautiful motorcycle. I immediately subscribed to your channel. It's obvious that you work very professionally, there are fewer and fewer people like that 💪💪💪 greetings from Poland 😉
Gdzie znajdę jakiś namiar do Ciebie? Mam kilka pytań odnośnie Kawy,a z takim fachowcem napewno będzie o czym pogadać 😉
brilliant video Andy, never had a bike so complicated to remove a couple of bits of plastic
You must have never owned a BMW bike then 🥴
Love your videos! You saved my projects many times.
Again another great video Andy, Kawasaki should be paying you.
Hi there, tanks for the great and informative video. You are the best..👍👍👍
Nice video.
Extremely helpful for Versys owners.
Ps. That is how you do it every day and clean your bike before you ride to work😂
Fortunately I don't have to ride everyday to work with my bike, so I undress Versys only 2 times in a year 😉 cheers
@@MotoAndy Thats nice. Two times a year would be enough working. Maybe I need Versys to do the same.
I just game back from the work with little tour on icy country roads near Kuopio with CRF300 RALLY.
Highways are not in snow anymore but we can still have winter rally fun here in Finland.
Waiting for summer and summer holidays. Would like to fly with my RÄKSÄ chopper but it is still too slippery for it.
Simply brilliant. Exactly what I needed
Andy you are the best on Versys 1043 !
Felicidades 🎉! Me ha resultado de gran ayuda. Muchas gracias!
Love this, easy to follow, hopefully no broken bits when i try this lol
Great video, very useful. Thank you 👍
Thank you for an excellent video, very helpful

Good work 👏👏👏
Super Schrauber - Anleitung !!👍👍👍
Merci
Güzel Video🤩👏👏👏
Hi Andy...
Thank you for an amazing video.
Qestion for you please.
Other than exterior differences, are there any other differences between 2018 model and current model ?
Yes of course, SE model have ride by wire+cruise control, electronic SHOWA suspension, full LED lights and many more small things. Versys 2018 was smooth to ride, but SE model is even beter, so yep, Im happy with it.
Amazing 😍
I thought you had a reason to undress it, maybe to add/change some stuff. But then you said "now time to put it back together" lmao. Did you undress it just for a youtube video? For us? Good stuff!
I had a reason, actually I had many reasons.😉
@@MotoAndy ooooh, go on then, do tell 😬
videos on the way, be patient my friend.
Hi Andy,
Thank you for the great video going to use this when I got my GIVI bars next month.
I have a question, if you don’t mind?
Your front forks, have you ever raised or lowered them through the yolks? I have a 2020 SE, and I am not sure if they are set at the stock height, I got it with 850 miles on the ODO. How much of the fork tube is showing past the top of the yolk on your bike?
Thank you Andy a thousand times over!
Your welcome 🙂
Hi from Australia. Just wondering how long it takes you to undress, and re dress the bike please.
It took me all day because I had to make a video for you 😂but seriously, you should be able to undress and dress in 3 hours, with a coffee break.
@@MotoAndy Thank you, and thanks for taking the time to make the video for us. Coffee break/s are an essential part of motorcycle maintenance. :)
Muitos obrigados.
Thank you !!!!!
Andy 👍👍👍
Wow. So soon. 😀 which one was easy to undress old gen or new gen?
When i look at this i think the old one but Andy loves tinkering on his Bikes.😁
I think new gen is better design, better plugs, all screws and latches are in accessible places, kawasaki did their homework, I haven't broken anything and that's a good sign😉
Thanks you
Super
Thanks man this is great,I am anout to change out my crappy indecandescent blinkers for some LED’s..
