How do you set up delegation for a "generic" email like sales@? In your video examples, you go to your personal email to delegate to others but something like sales@ would not be owned by any single person (nor, I assume. would you want it to be owned by a single person). Do you have to set up a password for sales@ and have someone log in to set up delegation (or to manage ongoing changes) or can the sys admin/manager set it up through the admin console in some way?
Very workable feature. Especially being able send mail from the group email address
It really is!
Very helpful!
