Why some features are not available in google workspace compared to regular free google account? Especially for features on applications such as Gmail, Playstore, etc. Sometimes there are new features on some of these applications that are not available, but are available on a free Google account.
I own a DJ service and I use to get a lot of business and inquiries through my Gmail email. Is there any way to get an option on your Google Business page for customers to send an email? I can't believe they took this and the quote option away. Terrible decision by Google.

Yeah totally dumb. Simple website is your best bet
