Early history

Adil Shahi dynasty :
Yusuf Adil Shah established the Adil Shahi dynasty, which ruled the Bijapur kingdom from 1489-1686. The Adil Shahi dynasty was a Muslim dynasty that governed the western part of the Deccan region of Southern India.
