Mine one also throwing distorted sound randomly while i am walking & sometimes earbuds r getting disconnected 😢...when i went to service centre at that time it was working fine so they r also not able to completely catch my problem 🥲what to do??
I would call their support line and explain the sound issue and that you have tried resetting them before with no luck. That's what I did and then they offered the bose Ultras to me for free after a bit of complaining and explanation calmly :) best of luck, let me know what they say
Issue still goes on with the QC Buds 2, the ultras have sounded great since they sent me a replacement. I would skip the QC buds 2 honestly and get the ultras or the cheaper ones they just released, with the simpler name of “quiet comfort earbuds” around $179 on the Bose website right now.
I was interested in the QC2 because they are going for less than the ultras. Did you try updating the firmware of the QC2 at least before returning it back because that option will not be available
Yeah I updated firmware and reset the buds multiple times. I’m still having the same Bluetooth problems with the Ultras. I think it has to do with the “Aware” mode (transparency mode) microphones, lagging and then the sound gets distorted. Both of these earbuds have been disappointing sadly.

@@ChonkyAudio sure, thanks for the reply 😀
Is that fixed now with the update? Trying to get them as a gift for Christmas and can't decide if they're worth a punt...

@ChonkyAudio Thank you very much, I'll do that.

@@ChonkyAudio latest ultra firmware update allows multipoint. I'm thinking of getting the ultras now

Mine keep disconnecting
Have you tried to call Bose support yet and nicely complain yet?
Not working !!
Can you clarify, are your QC buds 2 not working? Or did calling support not work?
