The animations and variety of takedowns and strategies Batman could use in Origins multiplayer were significantly more dynamic than what Kill the Justice League shows here. It's just sad to compare the two.

Origins is a great game onto itself lol Arkham fanboys overly loyal to Rocksteady couldn’t grasp it I love that game. And this game is a far cry from even the weakest parts of the original trilogy and Origins… only ones blindly simping are the hardcore Rocksteady defenders. This game has no vision and is a complete mess. The story is not great or a substantial power move writing wise and the gameplay is so damn subpar you could never tell anyone this was a rocksteady game like how sad is that. They lost their heart and soul and made a premium priced looter shooter that I’m confused how is it gonna even make them that money outside of the actual sales of the game which basically defeats the purpose of its existence in the first place 🤦♂️! Go back to true single player experiences not this horrible excuse of a game without a soul

To be fair, there are some retcons that can't be ignored like Harley meeting Joker at Blackgate despite her tapes at Arkham following Mad Love's story.

Each rendition of Deadshot that has been inspired by Will Smith’s Suicide Squad performance has been a completely inaccurate depiction of who Deadshot truly is, and it bothers me because Floyd Lawton is one of my favorite characters, Pedro Pascal would’ve been an INCREDIBLE choice for Deadshot, Will Smith and David Ayer have ruined Deadshot and nobody is talking about it. Kinda sad.
It's even worse here because they retconned the ACTUAL Deadshot that they already had, JUST so that they could replace him with a wannabe-Will Smith Deadshot.
Similar thing happened with Marvel's Spider-Man. Changed Peter's face to match Tom Holland for no fucking reason.
If only Deadshot's slap can take out Batman, he could've won.

As cool as the museum concept is, this also feels like a pretty lazy execution of it. We know what happened in the Arkham Trilogy. They could have done more interesting things like filling in the gaps of the story, or showing ways in which the public perception of events differed from what we knew the real story to be.
The most terrifying part is you can hear every squelchy, bone breaking, muscle tearing thing Batman does to the security guard.

What I don’t get is why would Batman go public again after faking his own death, burning his home, and cutting off his allies.
We know he adopted a new approach with the demon bat but how come he just waited a few years then just went public again and joined the justice league…

Im sure that after a while he did restore contact at least until things settled down. I mean Alfred knew the whole time. But after scarecrow almost coming close to finishing his bat family off im sure that also played in why he wanted them far away as possible for their safety.

Seems like the Arkhamverse Justice League wasn't a thing until a few years after Arkham Knight.
the justice league was formed 5 years later. the demon bat was in gotham( batman with fear toxin) and he was going down a dark path. superman came to gotham and offered bruce a new family in the league. batman accepted but a hard time adjusting. there is audio logs and parts in the museum that show it
@@Leojay-mcoc sure that is what they wrote, doesnt mean it makes any sense. It woud imho be a far superior story and maybe game if Batman was the JL member who helped the TFX. It would make total sense as well, in all Injustice storylines Batman is the one who defies the other members.

Why would Rocksteady kill their most beloved character like that and destroy their whole universe and legacy? Are they stupid?
Why they cancelled batman arkham beyond, are they stupid?
My short investigation tells me:
- the old writers and producer left
- the writers of this game are not from rocksteady. Its from the same company that writes TLoU 2, hired by WarnerBrothers
- the development was supposed to be for a multiplayer online match game, set in the arkhamverse
It means their investors kicked out the old rocksteady developers, change the game designs, and hire new ones

I know they’re focusing on the rocksteady games, but I think it would’ve been nice if they brought up origins at the museum. Even if it wasn’t a segment dedicated to the game, they could’ve at least referenced the events during deathstrokes character bio: “Slade revenge on the Batman for a fight they had many years prior, the same night Joker made his first appearance.” That way, it’s still enough that if they don’t want origins to be canon, it could be something else, but us Arkham Origins fans would appreciate it.
Even "Batman: Arkham Knight" acknowledged 'Origins' with references to Anarchy, The Electrocutioner and Black Mask. As well as bringing back Firefly and Deathstroke as side missions.
It wasn't much, but it was still something.

You can hear their interactions all throughout the dlc. Either way Harley reluctant to listen continued on with Scarecrows plan. However now she does seem to have had time to reflect and regret her past actions 5 years in arkham and without jokers influence probably would do that and she mentions that her inner conscious hasnt reached out to her in 5 years meaning that shes content where shes at now and doesn’t have internal conflicts anymore.
The only thing Harley seems to regret in this game is being used by Joker, not the countless lives she has ruined alongside her puddin. So no, I wouldn't say she got a redemption arc, as much as this game tries to sell you on that.
All this to get his brains blown out by Harley Quinn 😂

Being on the receiving end of a Predator Encounter was an experience for sure. The museum was intended as a tribute to Asylum, City, and Knight; it came across more like a "developer's graveyard" to me with the imperious Ryder narrating. Flash was done extremely dirty in this encounter... but not hearing the full stories of what led to the fall of Batman, the rise of Demon Bat, does newcomers to this universe even more dirty here. Mr Conroy, I miss you more than ever going over this section of the game.
This is the only level I like in the game because it calls back to the previous rocksteady trilogy of Batman, Arkham games but I’m kinda surprised It didn’t include Arkham origins because it’s a prequel to the Arkham games and it’s canon
They do reference the Deathstroke fight from the boat if you interact with his display

Imagine This would you want to confirm someone work is Good despite the fact they build it out of your own Creativity? Rocksteady acknowledges someone Work being compareable to their own at the time, maybe even better without hurting their Ego in the slickest way.

They only changed every facet of his character to make the story and the whole movie has him learning the same lesson from the previous movie so of course they care…. Despite his stupid death, Rocksteady does pay a beautiful tribute to all of Batman's adventures and history in a museum and that Jack Ryder tells us about it in more detail is wonderful 🖤👌
While this is really cool as a player, I can't help but think of how tasteless this whole museum in the actual game-world would be considering how much they glorify some of Gotham's worst tragedies and mass murderers, lol
Why does Harley have all this “regret” from joker? As far as I remember in this universe they truly were in love and if Arkham origins isn’t canon according to rocksteady. With that being said, I like that we get to visit Arkham again, but it's repurposed as a museum since everyone learned from the Joker incident. Still don't like that Rocksteady's pretending that the Deadshot we encountered in City and Origins was a faker.
This part reminds me of the Batman, Arkham origins multiplayer when you’re playing the bat guy and you being taken down by Batman and Robin I usually was kind of scared it at first, but this is just 10 times is more scary

The museum had so many characters missing and ones that had roles within the trilogy…
So Bruce did fake his own death!! No one believed me during that time when Arkham Knight was released. What caught my interest was that Batman never joined the Justice League during the Arkham games he joined after he came back from “the dead” and joined the JL without having a secret identity. The whole Batman museum was so cringe inducing, it's like it was written by people who skimmed the Arkham games, got the info from a wiki site, and never took it seriously. It felt like a huge insult and disservice to anyone who played the Arkham games over the years.
