- Today I return with parts to fix the 300 Volvo Penta that broke the water pump and spun all the hoses together. Hope it starts after I fix it. Thanks for watching.

Nice work. I question use of RED Loctite at 10.30 however. That will make any future removal a major pain (as per comment from one of your commenters below) - I would opt for BLUE here.

My volvo penta water pump doesn't spin the belt and makes noises and alarms are on when I try to start the motor....Do you think it is seized and has to be replaced, or is this an other problem that I haven't noticed?
Pull the belt off and spin all the pulleys. They should all spin freely except the crank pulley.

Hey Justin, The three Allan Screw connecting to the water pump, I can't get them out. The whole pulley rotates when i try to unscrew the screws. Any ideas? I put WB40 over night the other solution is to put heat on the screws.
Impact driver might do it or heat is always your friend😀
Wait, what, a Volvo-Penta motor is a Chevy small block?
Yes sir, same as Mercruiser. Almost all gas inboards are just GM engines.
