Have you considered testing Iceland coolers? When I was chatting with their customer service they were touting they are better than RTIC? And cheaper when they include the accessories, which was on the 100-110 coolers! Great channel! I’ve told my camping crew to check you out because you do a great job at testing.
Was hoping for a better showing from the Orca since I’m an Orca owner. I do love mine, but after 5 years I’m starting to see some plastic fatigue at the hinges .

Uh, no. Self adhesive foam or rubber weatherseal has the mass to fill gaps and will make your cooler air and watertight. I used the hollow rubber tubular weather seal and created an endless ring (like a bicycle inner tube) by joining the ends with a glued in length of soda straw.

I’ve had great experience with Cabelas brand coolers. They are a little bulky but hold ice the best, much better then my yeti’s.
Did you ever cut a Coleman 316 in half?
You completely missed of of the best coolers in this size range. Lifetime 28qt is excellent cooler for under $100 and Made in USA.
