Can A Warhead 35k Brushless Motor Pull An M160 Spring on 7.4 volts?

- We asked Luke over at Negative Airsoft to test a theory - he grudgingly accepted.
Of course, an 11.1v LiPo would be a better bet for this sort of build but the results are in, yes it can.
Hows that Double Bell gearbox holding up with that 160?
That's what Cassian Andor's blaster from rogue one was made out of
what would bethe expected rps for an m170 spring ssg 18:1 11.1 2200mah 60-120c
which geas were those to pull m160?
11.1 will crack the gearbox shell in half
That's the piston, head, spring, casing - the motor & battery control it going back, not going forward.
bruh no tf it wont
@@undersc0rthe m160 in a stock gearbox with an 11.1 along with a brushless motor will eventually snap the gearbox in half. it happened to my friend and he had to switch to retro arms
@@warheadindustries2656brushless motor on m160 in a stock ssg made gearbox will snap
No, it won't @@carl_c
Gear ratio?
Yes, please warhead
Actually that's snappy af I guess it doesn't matter
@@landryshannon6625 kinda does as a 32:1 compared to a 13:1 would be a big difference
160 is nothing, I'd be testing 190 & 200 springs with brushless motors. My chi-hai 26k motor can pull m180 on 13:1 not teeth removed or anything, its no big deal.
100A or more for your Battery maybe killing it after using it for a while... Why not using a 32:1 gear set with that Motor at M160 and more?
Chihai 26k is not pulling an m180 on 13:1 full stroke efficiently at all lol. That motor would last tops 10k rounds before your commutator is turned to dust since you'd need a fucking brick of a battery to ensure your butt stock doesn't catch fire..........
So if you are able to pull a m160 with a full stroke gearset and it sounds great and works great why does "everyone" on UA-cam say you need these HUGE fucking batteries to run a dsg m160 that's only pulling the spring back about half way? I swear you can't trust anyone on youtube or reddit when it comes to airsoft they just vomit out whatever they have heard from any kid that makes a video or thread.
Because of voltage sag over time and dsg guys are usually shooting full auto. Thats why they get huge high C rating high capacity batteries.
