Bolens 38" Riding Mower Refurbishment

Issues when received:
1) Surging when running
2) Wouldn't start after first day
3) blades would engage in the "STOP" position on blade adjuster
4) Steering difficult
Solutions:
1) Replaced the fuel filter, added an ounce of SeaFoam to the fuel tank, and cleaned the carburetor.
2) Fuel solenoid cleaned and above carb cleaning.
3) Adjusted link engagement.
4) Fixed the toe angle, but could not fix worn pinion gear.
This thing is running great. Next: replace belts, fix lights/cover, and add discharge diverter.
