Keep a friendly relationship with the brokers you worked with. You'll have a contact list of brokers if you ever need work. Also there's a difference between dispatch and brokers. Keep the brokers happy.

Aye man that’s how I learned how to set up everything after getting my Authority, I looked in my company’s the binder and studied and memorized every permit and took a pic because I knew I’d need all of those same permits. #2 was my favorite one because I actually went hard behind that binder 😂😭😂

Someone had my head so screwed up with all this hacking, bullying & gaslighting I missed my appointment for my CDL license… I couldn’t even study… Can’t blame no one but myself though. No good ever came from that situation… Just mind games & lies… Back on my grind…💪🏽

I have a couple of questions...I am a driver of a 26' box truck & am 1099'd as an independent contractor, meaning I am not a co driver nor an owner/operator. I get paid a % of load & pay my taxes out of that. The company covers bookings fuel, maintenance & repairs...are there different forms for your binder set up that I need if running nationwide to be DOT compliant?? and is this type of employment legal? or am I supposed to be either a co. employee or an O/O
