- I wouldn't be surprised if George RR Martin drew inspiration for the Lannister children from the real historical Borgia family, with all their scheming and scandal. Both have great hair too!

This and the feathered French braid bun are my favorite tutorials of all time.
I want to see more of the 100 hairstyles
Oh, this is an absolutely beautiful hairstyle. You're very skilled! Shows like the Borgias and the Tudors always have really lovely hairstyles, so I really love seeing them replicated like this.
OMG! The Borgias
Yay! So glad you're doing The Borgias now! The hairstyling (and pretty much everything else on that show) was so beautiful.
Plz plz do other lucrezia hairstyles they r so phenomenal and extravagant and lavish
It looks just amazing...
OMG, I have been waiting forever for someone to do some of the Borgia hairstyles!! Thank you, I hope it works with my hair!
So beautiful! I love The Borgias and I hope you will do more Borgia hairstyles :0
This is simply gorgeous !
Thank you for the tutorials! I used this hair style for my cousin's wedding and got a lot of compliments! I also found you can French twist the remaining hair to keep it off your neck when you're hot from dancing and it still looks good!
wow, you totally look like you could be in the series!! i know it's a weird thing to say but you've got that renaissance look to you
I have been subscribed to your channel for a while now and I love every video you make! You are so talented and your tutorials are easy to follow. Thank you for making them!! Especially love your game of thrones videos
I really expected you to do this hairstyle!!!! This period has great hairstyles, the series portrayed well. Wonderful!! Needed more!
Amazing! I would love to see more of Lucrezia's, they are really beautiful.
I have a piece of hair extensions that is slightly too short to go with my natural hair... but it could come in handy for this hair style, which I love and could actually wear any day at work with a couple alterations. Thanks for the tutorial!
Borgia tutorials!!!!! Yesssss!!!!!!
I agree! A Yue tutorial would be great!
please do merlin evil morgana's hair !!
So lovely
Love your videos! My daughter has thin, long beautiful hair and its nice to see I can make amazing masterpieces with your help!
Awesome !

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have been trying to find tutorials on how to to this one, and some of the other caracters from the show :D

I still can't do French braid but I will try to do it!
do a hair tutorial inspired the television series Reign! there are literally no hair tutorials on UA-cam (that I could find) that has a tutorial on that show
+Ziggy Zag LaDollyVita333 has a couple!
those hair roller are lying around my house so i will for sure make this hair style for school and make my classmates jealous Hahaha (my mom always buy them and i don't know why thank you now i will curl my hair without heat love you :-))
This is beautiful, my hair is quite thick so this will work just fine for a wedding next weekend!
as always, great work!! :) could you please do a tutorial (or even a small series!) on historically accurate medieval hairstyles? Every year I have a medieval fair and I'm running out of hairstyles
+silvousplaits by the way, I am an old time fan, since you started. I love to see how successful you are!
OMG It's perfect! Can you do please hair tutorial from the Tudors
+Альбина Султан still need to watch that show, but it's on my list!
Truly beautiful. Sadly my hair isn't long enough to do a braided loop. Can you possibly make more short friendly dos. Loved your curly hair.
If you have short hair, you’d have to use extensions
ok this is random but there's an older drew barrymore movie called ever after and the hair she wears at the end of the movie is gorgeous I'd like to see a tutorial of that please
I have been waiting a long time for theeeeese! Can u make some of the ones which use a pearled snood? I am currently crocheting one because I want to use regularly some of those hairstyles....
hi I'm a huge fan. I love ur videos a lot and I would wear some of the hair styles to school.
It Would be lovely to see another Hairstyle from Arwen in Lord of the Rings :)
Thanks for this nice tutorial. By the way - besides the HBO show, there is also a European Borgia series which also features great hairstyles. I recommend watching it!
I'm not familiar with the show but this look is gorgeous!
I'll try it as soon as my Curlformers arrive
Can you make more lucrezia hair tutorial?
It's so pretty :D
Could you do Toph next? Or Yue?
Great tutorial! Definitely getting some satin curlers now, those curls look amazing! Do they stay in for long? :)
+Lizzie P On me they usually last around two days. Longer if I don't brush through them.
Lovely but a tail comb for partings and brushing would have made this even lovelier
You're welcome to use one then
***** I already do and have no problem with perfectly smooth styles with no flyaways :)
I bought the satin curlers but I don't understand how to use it... can you make a post or a tutorial please?
I LOVE this!! It's so easy to do and looks really elegant but my hair is too frizzy and course -_-
Very nice! I'm a new subscriber. I like that your hair isn't PERFECT SMOOTH like some people, so I feel like my frizzy hair can still look good lol.
+Tabii LeDuc unless it's a South or East Asian hair type, almost no one will have perfectly smooth hair and if it looks like it, it's just camera work ;)
+Silvousplaits I didn't know that! Makes me feel better about my frizzies. :)
Reign harstyles. I would love to see some.:)
I would love to see Lucrezia's mom's hair.
Me too tbh, it's so hard to figure her hairstyles out with such dark hair.
Silvousplaits I understand! Do you offer signed copies? My sweetie is getting me your book for my birthday next month!
Silvousplaits makes sense I didn't think of that.
Love it, but sadly I'm not a big fan of using extensions, even with the thin hair that I have. do you have any tips on making the braid look full without using extensions?
+Tepe Hall You could pancake the braid by pulling the sections out a bit. This does make the braid shorter though. Or if you're heat styling friendly, a texture iron/crimper really adds a lot of volume.
This is great! I took so long trying to figure out how she did it and could never make heads or trails of how it was pinned in place!
+liadanducky I'm convinced most of the braids in the show are separate pieces. They're just too long and thick to match the rest of the hair. But this was one style where I figured a way to do it anyways with hair that's actually attached to my head haha
Once my hair is long enough I am totally doing this.
You used the Kerbal Space Programme background song!! 👌🏽
+Faye Pazon Creative Commons music license for the win ;)
this video is amazing so I subscribe at once !
I think you're well aware of it but just in case, there is a mistake in your "name" ("Silvousplaits) ; in fact it should have been written : "silvousplait" as it is a french phrase (i'm french). if you have already known it, sorry for telling you this
c'est un jeu de mots, parce que "plaits" est un autre mot pour "braids" en anglais
Downton abbey hair PLEASEEEE
+Evelyn Bosma binging on it now!
are those rollers comfortable to sleep on?
+Anja Wassermann They do have a metal center, so I'd say they're only comfortable if you figure out how to position them that works with your sleep style. I sleep on my front with my head turned to the side so I tend to make the forward curls sit on top of my head and the others placed more in the back so the sides of my head are free.
the curls are done already :) aah... curly hair... XD
I don't know The Borgia's, but damn if those curls you get with those rods aren't gorgeous!
O.O Bananas on pancakes That doesn't look too bad :) How hard are the other ones then?
+EverythingOnIce22 Not all that much harder technique wise, but just cannot be done without a lot of hair and it's difficult to discreetly add that much extension with the way the hairstyle goes.
Ah :) I kept seeing this book in my store and didn't realize they had already turned into a tv series. Cool look
Has anyone told you that you look a lot like Sansa Stark/Sophie Turner?
+Jakegothicsnake oh, maybe once or twice ;)
not my fave, looks a little messy
Stop being that pretty... thank you.
I don't like it.
Not everyone liked Michelangelo either ;)
thank you for taking time to reply back. Over other styles you have done, what do you like about this one? Is it more comfortable? Still like your channel :-)
U can make thick braids out of thinner hair if u brush out the frenchbraids waves result
