Today I made a sweet stew with delicious zucchini!
Try the pork zucchini stew for one person just as you had in Gwangju 😄

-Pork, zucchini, onion, mushroom
[to make]
① Put sesame oil in a pot and fry the pork.
② When pork is almost cooked, add 1 sugar and 1 soup soy sauce and fry more.
③ Pour water enough to immerse the meat, and boil it for another 2 minutes.
④ Add chopped garlic, 1 fish sauce, 1 red pepper powder, 0.5 red pepper paste, and a little bit of dashi and boil.
⑤ Add the trimmed vegetables and boil until the zucchini is cooked.
* All measurements are based on a rice spoon!
* If you use rice water, you can taste more melted soup!!
