Mine aren’t connecting. Even after turning on and off. Replacing batteries. Both not connecting ? The light doesn’t blink. Maybe return ?
Raise the questing with seller, it could be a simple settings issue. If faulty then return, all of the machines I had they auto connect and I did not need to pair etc.
