Just started playing magic this year and your mono red budget deck was the first I put together. Standard is pretty brutal for newbies. Appreciate you!

i play 4 cases in mine and very rarely the problem of not being able to solve the case comes up, just dont play the second one if you need the tutor, or discard it, or solve the first one and play the second, also at times all of them die from a boardwipe anyway :) but you nearly convinced me to drop it to 3 :)
Love your vids. Keep up the good job. I’ve only been playing for the past several months so budget / value / power is my main focus. Looking forward to decks that no longer rely on the series that will be retired shortly because I won’t be spending what I can afford on those. If you could provide creations excluding the soon to be retired series that would be awesome, but I am resided that I’ll probably have to wait. One last question, have you considered creating limited draft/play vids, I’ve just started playing limited to mediocre success and I’d love to see your designs good or bad? I look forward to your vids and their uniqueness and would love to see what can be brewed with the restrictions and time of limited. We all need Gems and any help is appreciated! To me this deck feels having just a bit more range than mono red ,which is great. I just hit diamond myself last night with a sick version of the artifact synthesizer deck. Lets all start play this deck in ranked and drop screens online with the words Mythic Mike brew all day! lol
Woot woot! Thanks man! I’m around top 500 Mythic still playing this deck on my phone at night. What’s REALLY nice is this is heavy single target removal meta, and almost all our creatures have some form of recursion. Also, it has a nice amount of cool stuff you can do where you kill your own stuff to avoid exile or to bring something else back, or hold Bitter Triumph and Ashnods in hand, and then bin Ashnod’s on their turn while killing their blocker to do the final damage with unearth haste, etc., that comes up as you play it more :)

Could 2 Snarling Gorehound maybe replace the 2 servant of the stinger since we care about decend/some cards can return from grave? Servant looks hard to connect but I could see how its also a better attacker/defender so better to ask someone with more experience.
Worth a try! That is definitely a flex spot that can be changed. I liked how Stinger slowed down Mono Red a bit, but Gorehound nice too! Also, the knight that stops lifegain would be nice if that picks up ever :)
I really like the recursion from Conscripts since we have good amount of non-skeletons (including the creatures from the sagas). And if we miss our Corpses, 8 2/1s can still do some work :))). But worth testing with a couple and seeing! I played with 2 for a while, but ended up removing them ultimately myself
Agreed that is why the new 1 drop is way better :). Still nice though - play it first, and since we have good amount of non-skeletons, we can get Cult back often
Crafted and not that good unranked. Weak and not that fast. Recasting for 3 mana for a skeleton with haste not worth it. Maybe for ranked its fine with wierd draws and fast decks. Not late game
Sorry to hear it’s not working for you! This is my go-to deck when going to bed on my phone, and it’s gotten me to around top 750 Mythic right now at end of season. So maybe different matchups. Also, there are many many counterintuitive plays you need to do with the deck, including killing your own stuff or holding card in hand for Bitter Triumph, so could also be a learning curve. But either way, hope another one works better!
Stuff that works in unranked can be a fail in ranked play sometimes. The meta for high end play beats out nonsense and The same goes for gold and platinum, sometimes there are decks that hang around in those ranks that will stay in those ranks because they can't go out but it's hard to pass some of them because they beat your decks specifically

Give it a try and see if helps!!! :))). I guess the point is they aren’t that strong anyways, unless they are actually getting solved.

Love it, but I had to add a few tiny bones. That detsh touch trades against swift spear and sometimes that makes a difference

What about Tinybones instead of conscripts?

cult conscript enters the battlefield tapped. Kind of pointless with the haste of corpses of the lost

What was the first set of mtg you’ve played?
I played like 25 years ago as a kid. But then stopped haha. Got back into Arena when Spawn of Mayhem was in Standard (still my favorite card!!!!)
