- Welcome to my latest video, in which I share my weekend routine as a heavily pregnant mum of five. As well as family time, there's weekly meal prep, grocery shopping and chores.

Croquette Recipe
Ingredients:
750g Potatoes
1 Bell Pepper (chopped into small chunks)
1 cup Grated Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coarse Black Pepper
Method:
Peel and chop potatoes into chunks, add to a medium pan, covering with cold water. Sprinkle with salt, bring to the boil and leave on high for 4 minutes. Drain and add potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
Add in the rest of the ingredients, mashing everything together until well-combined. Refrigerate mixture for at least 10 minutes to make it easier to shape croquettes.
Shape into round balls/oval shapes.
Coat each shape in plain flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown.

I'm thinking prepping atleast 2 meals is a great idea to make life easier.
wen i use to work full time 4 days a week..
sunday i well meal prep 2 dinners at least makes life so much easier
ands weds i make rice thurs take away and friday i was home so cooked something kids wanted to eat
@@Na-ej3lm i used to mealprep spagetti saus because it seemed like the only thing that was convinient. I dont know why I didn't think of prepping stews/curry's.

Allaahuma baarik sistaaa... my simple advice from one sister and mother to another mother...serve in 1 plate instead of each one their one plate. less dishes to wash and quicker with serving the food and last but not least more azjar with eating out of 1 plate because its sunnah♡

Salaam alaykoum, yes it is nice to eat from one plate as a family, isn't it? We do this as well with soups and rice, and true less wahsing up.

Honey, just a hint on the iron tablet and the "side effects" associated with taking them. chia seeds are amazing for that. They saved my life when I was taking iron tablets while pregnant lol
I took them with me to hospital and had them in water straight after birth, no problem whatsoever afterwards too
