You should see the MMA movie Tom is in Warriors I’m a boxer and that movie is genuine to the art of combat sports, I can tell he took the time to properly train mma and boxing to prepare for the role

The FIRST actor I’ve seen sparring like this.. obviously this isn’t a full blown sparring but without the head gear this still hurts on the face and he’s taking it like a pro fighter would .. impressed

Very cool to see him get in there and mix it up but more importantly you can tell he was working on technique and trying things out not over doing it or taking it too serious! He has pretty good head movement. Obviously the longer guy was getting the better of the exchanges, but he's pretty good at managing and closing distance.
That was a good light spar. A little heavier to to body, lighter to the head and decent volume back and forth 👌. You would see that kind of sparring in many good gyms where training partners are training and not trying to hurt each other.
Man the amount of people I've seen sparring that are treating it like a fight baffles me 😂 You're meant to be honing technique, practicing combinations, head movement, range and footwork. Not absolutely going all out on the bloke you're trying to practice with 😂

It’s very impressive how composed he is, it takes years of sparring to get that comfortable while sparring hard. His technique may not be on par with amateur or pro boxers but his composure can’t be taught imo. Plus his punch timing and selection is pretty intelligent in comparison to his actual punch technique.
