Stop the heat, cut your ends, moisturize with oil and massage your scalp before you wash your hair.

One thing, the Macadamia Hair Mask has two forms of silicones in it, Amodimethicone and Trimethylsiloxyamodimethicone. I thought silicones were something that you try to avoid?
you can buy a trial size packet of the macadamia mask at sallys for like $2. Then theres a medium tube for $8 and the big tub for $18.
Another key for sleeping is get a silk/satin pillowcase! Yes braiding help, but satin/silk pillowcase prevents snagging and stuff. Or you can get the silk cap. There are different sizes for different hair lengths. These can be found at any hair store for around $5, the pillowcases are a little more expensive at hairstores/walmart but ive seen sets of 2 at TJMAXX for around $10 so you can find deals on them.
Olaplex is a good product to use as well & i also like the sallys aphrogee protein treatment. Both are good for us hair bleach/color lovers! 💙💚💛💜

I'm so glad I found your channel, I hope it becomes a great success, a question; where I live I can't find any product that is sulfate and alcohol-free, I'm currently using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and Elvive (L'oreal Paris ) oil replacement for styling my hair, but I don't know what are the replacements :( also online shopping is tooooo expensive for me, what do you suggest ? love from Egypt :D

I have tried the Calia Purifying Shampoo and conditionner after hearing about it by holistichabits and got terrible results.. I stopped half way trought the bottle because I always have a bad hair day the next day and it makes my hair sensitive, fall out and not shiny at all. Any thought about it? What shampoo where you using before calia?
Hi! I had a similar experience using the calia purifying shampoo and conditioner. My scalp is now super sensitive because of it and I noticed that when I was using it i had a lot more hair fall. I do like the calia hydrating shampoo and conditioner though. They make my hair really soft and shiny and doesn’t make my scalp even more sensitive.

Hello :) love your videos... I just have one question, and sorry you probably mentioned it in one of your videos, I just havent found it... How do you know when you have too much protein in your hair? You said in one video that coconut oil might not work for people that already have enought protein... So what are the signs? Because I used coconut oil on my hair once and it was soooo difficult to get off, my hair was greasy even after 2 washes still... I only got it off using eggs... Is this a sign my hair doesnt go well with coconut oil? Or am I just stupid for not using eggs in the first place to wash off 🤣🤣🤣...

The Macadaimia Oil Deep Repair Mask price runs the same from where you are. It also runs up to $30 a jar. Especially, if you're getting it from somewhere like Ulta. But I've heard on here that Target sells it a lot cheaper like $16 for the same size jar!!! I've never tried it before but I've always wanting to give it a try. I do look different types of hair mask!!!! I would use any type of hair mask to help my hair's condition.
Definitely try it out! I don't know what I would do without it haha

Heey.. loving your videos.. I started growing my hair 2 years ago this February.. I have always had short hair.. like not longer then 3 or 4 inches.. it grew super fast the first year like 8 inches.. I'm at 11.5 inches and I feel like it's not going anywhere.. your videos are super helpful.. I want your hair.. but if you have time to answer a few questions?.. I work in construction and wear a hardhat everyday. How can I protect my hair? It gets rubbed brittle everyday. Which leads to my second question. I condition my hair everyday and shampoo once a week. Is that bad?

I used to use the macadamia products I liked it at the beginning but than I didn't notice any difference at all. I do have very thick dry frizzy wavy hair that brake none stop. I been trying to grown my hair out for over 11 years now and still haven't gotten anywhere at all they just brake none stop. It takes me about 30min just to brush them. Don't know what else to do.
Ok, do you know of another option for the calia. those dried my hair out bADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. Please reply.

Malena Espino silica is silicon di oxide which is very good for hair. Its naturally found in cucumbers n fruits/vegs with water.
While silicones are dimethicone products that leave your hair manageable by stickingu to it so basically your hair HAS products on it

For the past 4 to5 months I've been only washing my hair once a week but I condition it every day in the shower, is that bad?
Prefer to wash to times at least because its important to keep your scalp clean cause if its too oily, your natural oils will cover your scalp which wont let your hair grows out from roots...
