    Another issue is terminal length. Hair only grows for so long before it naturally falls out and gets replaced by a new one. That amount of time is different for everyone, it’s genetic, and can’t be changed. I’ve seen different opinions on what the average terminal length is but some articles say it could be as short as 3 years. Some people just might not have the genetics to grow their hair as long as they want it, no matter how well they care for their hair.

      Yes definitely and I am a little scared that is what's happening to me right now even tho its still only to my waist, I noticed a few months ago it was getting very thin at the end and decided to cut it but now that it is almost at that length again its still getting thin and transparent in some spots and idk what to do :(

    I am pretty sure that i have simply reached my terminal length. My hair is down to my knees and i am really tall. I am fine with that, i don't want my hair to grow any longer anyways. But since my ends are still pretty thick and i thought they ought to get quiet thin at terminal lenght, i do wonder if my hair might start growing again.

    • @juliajulia1182
      @juliajulia1182 3 роки тому +15

      Yes, it might. What you're saying here might be just a stall, not terminal length. I know a girl with calf length hair who was also in a stall for a long period of time. Now her hair is growing again, it's almost to her ankles. A stall can take weeks, months or years. Your hair might grow again sometime in the future.
      Lovely length by the way!

    Hey Anna! Absolutely love your videos! I was wondering if you could do a video on oily hair? I have the most oily hair on the planet. I wash my hair every 4 days and after about 48-72 hours it looks and smells absolutely disgusting. I take all of your advice. I use no sulfates, silicones, specific alcohols, I exfoliate my scalp every wash, everything. I have had the same routine for over a year now. I understand that it’s bad to wash my hair everyday but it’s so oily I feel like I should. It’s very frustrating and my mom gets very angry with me when I leave my hair oily and nasty. Wondering if I could get some help with this. Also, I’ve heard good things about using the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Mask on hair. How do you feel about this? Thanks!
    P.S. I have blonde hair, overall pretty straight, probably 1b, and its thin(my hair fell out because of a hormone imbalance), and to my waist.

      You may have thyroid disease. If you are not using heat and not damaging it in any other way like dyeing or getting extensions, it may be due to internal factors. Thyroid disease can cause hair to grow out weak, thin, and grow slowly. You need free t3, reverse t3, and TSH tested. Regular drs like primary drs and endocrinologists don't want to test reverse t3 bc they think it is unnecessary. Try to find a holistic doctor that says they treat the thyroid. You may also have a vitamin or nutrient deficiency.

      @OrganicallyAnna  3 роки тому

      It's basically just deeper cleansing! So using a clarifying shampoo that is a little stronger, or even a scalp scrub to remove product or oil buildup. I also like to use an apple cider vinegar rinse to clarify. Over clarifying can dry out the hair and scalp so I try to limit it to 1-2 times per month. If you use a lot of product on your scalp or hair you might need to do it more frequently :)

      حاحاول اترجم معظم الاشياء القالتها في الفيديو
      في حاجه قالتها في البدايه وهي اننا نبطل كل شويه نبص لشعرنا ونشوف طولو كل شويه لانا مش حنحس بفرق وقالت اي شخص معدل الطول بتاع شعرو مختلف عن اي حد ونبطل نقارن نفسنا بالناس الفي الانستقرام واليوتيوب والسوشال ميديا
      ١- حاولي اتفادي التكسر والتقصف والجفاف بتسريحات الحمايه (protective style)
      ٢- شوفي شعرك نوعو ايه واستخدمي حسب نوعيه شعرك لو فروتك دهنيه استخدمي منتجات الفروة الدهنيه لو جافه استخدمي منتجات الفروة الجافه اذا شعرك كيرلي استخدمي منتجات الشعر الكيرلي واذا استريت استخدمي منتجات الاستريت
      ٣- قالت انو الفروة بكون عليها منتجات متراكمه زي الكريمات والزيوت والسيرم والحاجات دي لازم نعمل شامبو منقي (شامبو فيه سولفات ) ونعمل اسكرب للفروة (عندها فيديو بتوضح الاسكرب للفروة
      ٤- قالت احيانا شعرنا مش بيطول بسبب نقص فيتامينات في الحاله دي لازم نروح لدكتور
      اخيرا قالت انو اي حد عندو معدل نمو مختلف عن التاني فنبطل نقارن نفسنا بحد ونصحيتي ليكي حبي شعرك واتمني اكون افدتك وشكرا❤️ادعولي دعوة حلوة❤️
