Simple & Easy Delicious Braised Pork Trotters | Pork Leg with Black Beans and Taro | Adobong Pata

This Pork Leg Recipe Chinese Style is So Easy and Simple, Similar to Filipino Pork Adobo. Adding fermented black beans add flavors and unique taste. Try this and you will keep making it like I do.
BRAISED PORK TROTTERS:
1 whole Pork Leg
500 g Taro or Yam
3 tbsp fermented black beans
2 inches ginger
8-10 garlic cloves
1 large onion
1 large finger sweet chili
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil for frying
3 bayleaves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 -2 tbsp seasoning liquid ( not dark soy sauce)
Enough Water
(optional- seasoning powder if you wish)
optional- hot chili
