BEEF STEW |BEEF CASSEROLE with BEER (CARLSBERG) How to Cook Beef in Beer Sauce

BEEF BEER CASEROLE
2 lbs beef cube (for stewing)
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
1 can carlsberg
1 large carrots
1 med size swede (or kohlrabi or turnip)
250 g mushrooms
4 beef cubes -dilute with hot water
3-4 cups hot water
1 tbsp worcestshire
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp sugar
4 bay leaves
3/4 tsp paprika powder
***REMOVE FATS BEFORE COOKING OR
***SKIM FAT AFTER COOKING
