INGREDIENTS:
1 whole pork's leg
1 red & white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp whole black peppercorn
1 carrots (optional)
1 stalk of leeks
1 tsp paprika
1 and a half tbsp salt
enough water to cover the meat
cooking oil
enough salt to cover the meat skin
soy sauce, kalamansi, onion, & chilies for dipping sauce
