- Pork Steak is made by frying marinated pork chops with soy sauce, oyster sauce, calamansi juice and pepper. This fried pork is simmered with fried chopped onion and leftover marinade. it is topped with a lot of sweet and crunchy onion rings before serving. This pork steak recipe will show you how to make this scrumptious dish easy and simple steps.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork chop (kasim part)
2 to 3 large white onion (cut into rings)
⅓ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons calamansi juice
Black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Oil for searing
DIRECTIONS
Prepare and slice the pork chop kasim and then transfer them to a bowl. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and calamansi juice. Season with some pepper. Mix them well using your hands. Let this marinate for an hour.
Cut the white onions into large rings. Set aside. How to cut onions
Heat some oil in a pan and then sear the marinated pork (reserve the marinade). Flip to cook the other side. When both sides are nicely seared, remove them from the pan. Set aside. how-to-fry-pork-chops
Using the same pan, stir fry the onion rings for a few minutes. Then, add the seared pork back to the pan and saute them together. How to make pork steak
Add the reserved marinade and brown sugar. Stir well. Cover the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes using low medium heat until the pork is completely tender.
Add the rest of the onion rings and then toss for a minute.
Transfer the pork steak to a serving plate. Enjoy this with a big bowl of hot steaming rice. Yum!

Just a friendly tip po, pakuluan nyo po muna yung ginamit nyong pang marinate nung raw meat for 5 mins before ihalo ulit sa lutong meat.

Para makapag-luto yung hindi alam mag-luto or ma-recall kung paano lutuin. Paano yung first time mag-luto na kailangan ng step by step process and relying sa measurements muna?
