Plates IN MINECRAFT 1.13+ - NO MODS! (Java ONLY!)

So many people are asking this so let me explain. Due to on Xbox edition item frames count as blocks not entities. This means it will not work. This goes for all Bedrock versions of the game. This is a Java feature only. In recent 1.14 updates this feature has been somewhat broken with Z fighting.
Plates are now a thing you can do in the newest snapshots 18w03b!!

I was originally gonna use just item frames as plates, but your idea of using a heavy weighted pressure plate makes it more detailed and more of a modern plate. Very creative and useful for if you're going for a modern theme for your house!
