Undesrstanding History In 1947, the British for its own vested interest partitioned India so that it can create a buffer state between advancing Russians and India. It achieved creating Pakistan. Now to create Pakistan the British gave to the muslims a 10000 years old sacred hindu and pious sikh land to the Muslims. The land of Pakistan is the birth place of Hindu religion and Vedas, this is also the birth place of Sikh religion and sikh gurus. So the British gave away the equivalent of the mecca or vatican to the muslim. This was done under a secret conspiracy by the British. Pakistan should be thankful to the British that they were given this land in the first place which they have created into a epicenter of global terrorism today. During the partition the population of Muslims was 92 million muslims in Undivided India. The population of muslims who went to Pakistan from India was 5 million and the Population of muslims that went from India to Bangladesh (East Pakistan) was 5 million. So at the time of partition 82 million muslims stayed back in India and only 10 million muslims went to Pakistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan). This despite the fact that 90% of the muslim population had voted to create Pakistan. So East and West Pakistan took 10% of the muslim population but took 35% of the land and resources. The total population of undivided India in 1947 was approx 390 million. After partition, there were 330 million people in India, 30 million in West Pakistan, and 30 million people in East Pakistan(Now its called Bangladesh)., So after partition there were 9 million HIndus still left behind in Pakistan forming 22% of the population of West Pakistan and 11 million Hindus left behind in Bangladesh (East Pakistan) forming 27% of the population of East Pakistan as per the 1951 census in both these territories, but within 40 years the population of Hindus in these regions killed, exterminated and as per 1991 census only 1.8% hindus were left in Pakistan and 7% Hindus were left in Bangladesh. After that Pakistan stopped counting the hindu population in subsequent census, instead counted them as minorities together with other shia, ahmadiyya minorities. Where as in India the 82 million muslims who formed just 8% of the population has now increased to 19% muslims where they got opportunity to progress. This means we gave away 30 percent of land to muslims as pakistan, when the actual population who went to/ remained in east and west pakistan was less then 5 percent it is not understood, why then we gave 30% land if only 5% actually stayed in east and west pakistan, and large population of muslims stayed back in India. Let us understand before the British came to India. The Marathas and sikhs had already driven out the occupation of the mughals, so the full geography of the Pakistan and India was ruled by the Hindus and Sikhs. But yet the British insisted to give away to the Muslims. During the British colonization of India in 1857 the Hindus and Muslims had united and made a massive revolt against the British but at the time the sikhs did not partiticipate in the revolt as they did not want to fight under a muslim King Baba Bahadur Shah Zafar. This revolt was almost a success but after this the British started dividing communities in India, they divided the hindus and muslims. Gave more importance to the Minority muslims versus the Hindus. Thus creating a king of jealousy between the HIndus and Muslims.

Facts of Kashmir
1. It was Pakistan who broke the standstill agreement by attacking Kashmir in 1948, due to which the Maharaja of Kashmir, Hari Singh signed the accession agreement in favor of India.
2. The accession agreement was signed in accordance with the British Partition act of India which allows the princely states who was friendly with British to decide who they wish to join, India or Pakistan.
3. The accession agreement signed by Maharaja Hari Singh and counter signed by British viceroy Mount Batton provides legal ownership of entire Kashmir to India, including the part controlled by Pakistan and also the part Pakistan gifted to china.
4. As per British partition act the accession of Kashmir to India is a legally and binding, if Pakistan deny's the accession agreement then the enire existence of Pakistan based on British partition act can be questioned.
5. Based on the same accession agreement Pakistan illegally occupies Indian territory which includes Gilghit Baltistan and Kashmir which legally belongs to India. Now Pakistan lease this land china, adding 3rd party interest to this land.
6. The article 370 was a temporary article provision in the Indian constitution exactly as signed with other maharaja states (Exactly same document) but then this temporary provision was removed in the case of other states and they became secular states all Indians can go anywhere.
7. The Article 370 prevents Kashmir from becoming secular and integrating with India. Kashmiris can go anywhere in India they are allowed to do business, buy property anywhere in but the rest of India cannot do vice versa.
8. Congress left a loop hole in this provision which allows the separatists Kashmiris to misuse this. And this is the biggest issue for 75 years Pakistanis are inserting own citizens into India. The influx of Pakistanis in Kashmir causes more separatists. For 75 years this loop hole allowing a lot of Pakistanis have got Indian citizenship over the years. We need to find out which are the persons who were originally pakistani they married Indian kashmiri girl and then got citizen card of Indian kashmir then they got indian passport. This is a weakness in our law/ kashmir constitution. How this has happened over the years.

In Indian Kashmir the politicians made a rule via Kashmir constitution girls of Kashmir marrying Indian nationals will loose its citizenship and their children have no rights to ancestral property in Kashmir. But when Kashmiri girls or boys marry Pakistanis, their spouse is given kashmiri/indian citizenship and their children get ancestral property rights. This is how more and more Pakistanis entering Indian kashmir and then into India. This must be stopped and reversed, all those who were pakistanis their kashmir IDs and Indian passports must be revoked. Now there is not only infux of pakistanis but in Bengal there is also influx of bangladeshis in india. As a result, a group of 16 Kashmiri Hindus who had heard of Guru Teg Bahadur (One of Sikh Gurus), left for Punjab to seek his advice and guidance for their survival. They met him on May 25, 1675 ( about 342 years ago). The Guru remarked that their tale of woe and suffering was of such a magnitude that it needed the sacrifice of a great man. Upon hearing this comment from his father, the Guru's young son who was with his father listening, Guru Gobind Singh remarked: " Can there be any other greater man for this sacrifice than your good self." The rest is a glorious chapter in the history of Hindus' vitality and inner strength for survival against the savages who committed crimes against them in the name of Islam, the holy Quran, and against the true message of the Prophet ( Peace be upon him). The Guru Teg Bahadur left for Delhi, was arrested at Sirhind, finally produced before Aurangzeb who gave him a choice between conversion to Islam or performance of some miracle; and upon his refusal to do either, the Guru and his three disciples were executed at Chandni Chowk in Delhi on 11th November, 1675. This supreme sacrifice of the Guru has enriched the struggle of Kashmiri Hindus' to survive in the face of the atrocities inflicted upon them. The first prerequisite condition for execution of UN resolution was that pakistan must vacate the pakistan occupied kashmir in full, remove its people and army from the land. pakistan must provide the whole land back as it was in 1947, so you need to take back the land Pakistan gifted to china. Undesrstanding History
In 1947, the British for its own vested interest partitioned India so that it can create a buffer state between advancing Russians and India. It achieved creating Pakistan. Now to create Pakistan the British gave to the muslims a 10000 years old sacred hindu and pious sikh land to the Muslims. The land of Pakistan is the birth place of Hindu religion and Vedas, this is also the birth place of Sikh religion and sikh gurus. So the British gave away the equivalent of the mecca or vatican to the muslim. This was done under a secret conspiracy by the British.
Pakistan should be thankful to the British that they were given this land in the first place which they have created into a epicenter of global terrorism today.
During the partition the population of Muslims was 92 million muslims in Undivided India. The population of muslims who went to Pakistan from India was 5 million and the Population of muslims that went from India to Bangladesh (East Pakistan) was 5 million. So at the time of partition 82 million muslims stayed back in India and only 10 million muslims went to Pakistan and Bangladesh (East Pakistan). This despite the fact that 90% of the muslim population had voted to create Pakistan. So East and West Pakistan took 10% of the muslim population but took 35% of the land and resources.
The total population of undivided India in 1947 was approx 390 million. After partition, there were 330 million people in India, 30 million in West Pakistan, and 30 million people in East Pakistan(Now its called Bangladesh)., So after partition there were 9 million HIndus still left behind in Pakistan forming 22% of the population of West Pakistan and 11 million Hindus left behind in Bangladesh (East Pakistan) forming 27% of the population of East Pakistan as per the 1951 census in both these territories, but within 40 years the population of Hindus in these regions killed, exterminated and as per 1991 census only 1.8% hindus were left in Pakistan and 7% Hindus were left in Bangladesh. After that Pakistan stopped counting the hindu population in subsequent census, instead counted them as minorities together with other shia, ahmadiyya minorities. Where as in India the 82 million muslims who formed just 8% of the population has now increased to 19% muslims where they got opportunity to progress.
This means we gave away 30 percent of land to muslims as pakistan, when the actual population who went to/ remained in east and west pakistan was less then 5 percent it is not understood, why then we gave 30% land if only 5% actually stayed in east and west pakistan, and large population of muslims stayed back in India.
Let us understand before the British came to India. The Marathas and sikhs had already driven out the occupation of the mughals, so the full geography of the Pakistan and India was ruled by the Hindus and Sikhs. But yet the British insisted to give away to the Muslims.
During the British colonization of India in 1857 the Hindus and Muslims had united and made a massive revolt against the British but at the time the sikhs did not partiticipate in the revolt as they did not want to fight under a muslim King Baba Bahadur Shah Zafar. This revolt was almost a success but after this the British started dividing communities in India, they divided the hindus and muslims. Gave more importance to the Minority muslims versus the Hindus. Thus creating a king of jealousy between the HIndus and Muslims.

1. Separatist control only 5 districts = 15% of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh and they are all *Sunni Muslims*.
2. The Shiais, Sufis, Hindus, Buddhists and Christians are not separatists.
3. Two of the three regions of J&K are not Muslim majority areas. 85,000 square kilometers are not. When you talk of separatism, there havent been any protests against India in this 85 per cent area till date.
4. Theres only one section of communityKashmiri-speaking Sunni Muslims who have a separatist agenda. When you see a TV debate on Kashmir, who do you see? Omar Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti, Yasin Malik, Shabbir Shah, Gilani, Asiya Andrabi, and Lone. All Sunni Muslims from these 5 districts out of 22!!
5. J&K has around 12 per cent Shia Muslims, around 12-14 per cent Gujjar Muslims and around eight per cent Pahadi Rajput Muslims, Sufis Christians, Buddhists and Hindus. None of these communities had any separatist leaders
6. When Afzal Guru was hanged, the media made it appear as if the entire state was out on the streets. The reality was that out of 22 districts, there was not a single demonstration in 17 districts and only five districts in the Valley faced mild demonstrations.
7. Poonch has 90 per cent Muslims but this district is dominated by powerful Sikhs. Kargil has 90 per cent Muslims, Kargil city has more than 99 per cent Muslims but there was not a single protest in those areas.

9. There is no dispute over J&K and the only issue relating to the state is how to get back areas that are under the illegal occupation of Pakistan and China.
'Separatism', 'dispute' and 'autonomy' are three myths associated with the state. The common perception is that J&K is a separatist state. This is because J&K is perceived first as just Kashmir - a Kashmir which is a Sunni Muslim Kashmir, a Muslim Kashmir which is a separatist Kashmir, basically a Kashmir where the Indian tricolor is burnt down and Pakistans flag is unfurled only in five districts.
The State should be considered as one entity like Jammu (with maximum of the ground area), Ladakh and only thereafter Kashmir.
Finally, Pakistan keeps harping on the UN Resolutions. But Part 2 of these Resolutions very clearly state that Pakistan has to withdraw ALL its military forces and nationals used for the purpose of fighting in J&K BEFORE a plebiscite is held. That was in 1947. It is now 2019. Pakistan has yet to withdraw all its forces from Kashmir including Gilgit and Baltistan. The fact is that the Pakistan Aemy will never withdraw its forces from POK. This UN Resolution is thus dead as a dodo.
Secondly, Pakistan signed the Resolution under Chapter VI of the UN Charter which makes the Resolution *NON ENFORCEABLE.*
So Pakistan needs to stop this charade of blaming India for not adhering to the UN Resolutions.
Pakistan has also Signed Simla Agreement to resolve any disagreements with dialogue with India without interference and influence of any other 3rd party.
Pakistan has already killed all the hindus and sikhs and buddhists on its side of the border.

Kashmir has been a problem I believe the people of Kashmir should be given a free reign in an election where they are free and let them decide their own destiny either they want a free country devoid of Pakistan and India or whatever the inhabitants of people decide for if it could be done in a peaceful way

The article 370 gives the state complete immunity against any intrusion in their cultural and political economic autonomy , allegations against the state doesn't hold credibility given the fact that rest of the Indians can't get any job in Kashmir but Kashmiri's are fully free to apply anywhere across the whole India. Using religion as a tool to promote such secessionist vulturism is absolutely disturbing and incorrect. Islamic theocratic regimes have failed to address the issues of human rights, specially women rights , so thinking if a theocratic set up will work good is nothing but a horrible hallucination. There would be peace and prosperity when the air of terrorism and wahabism would lost its effect . "Pakistan is not a party in the Kashmir ".

this is completely one sided story!! true, I agree that Indian state has done a lot of mistakes and is responsible for a lot of brutalities and human rights abuse, but that can't exonerate the islamists and fundamentalists who are just using this opportunity being actively aided and at the behest of Pakistani military establishment. it is not in their interest that this problem is resolved!! what about the plight of thousands of Kashmiri pandits?
