Chocolate granola recipe:
- 4 cups oats
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2-3 tbsps pure cacao powder
- 1 cup nuts of choice (halved or crushed)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (I like a lot, adjust per taste)
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 175’c
Combine all ingredients
Bake for 20-25 mins
Allow to cool completely before transferring to air tight container
