Thanks. No. Once it's conditioned it is good for a while. You may have to warm it up by running it through the pasta machine a few times but no need for the 30-35 times it takes to condition it properly.
I have the same problem. This time I started with a whole block of each color and ended up using about half of the block. I used the left over for next week's tutorial.
