What a great idea! My toddler only eats the whites of hard boiled egg, but perhaps making hard boiled egg into your avocado egg salad would encourage her to eat the yolk too. Thanks heaps for sharing
This is definitely a fabulous way to get the whole egg in there -especially if you mash up the yolk when mixing with the avocado first, then leave the white pieces showing ;)
I know I already commented but I wanted to say we made this today for lunch and it was really good! We had it with some pickles and fruit per request of my youngest. I'll definitely write this one down and make it again 😊
Use your egg slicer!! It is great for slicing strawberries and mushrooms, too! I usually mix my avocado & eggs via avocado toast; I'll have to give this a try!
as mentioned in the video, there is nothing you can do to prevent the browning of avocados. It's a natural process. Lemon/lime will show it down but not prevent it. There are some additives you can add to the salad or guacamole but then you're adding preservatives.

It doesn’t taste like avocado by itself. Definitely milder flavor. Enjoy!

Put the seed of the avocado in it when your not eating it right away then seal it, put it in the frig,and it will not turn brown.
