Given the amount of instructions Marc seems compelled to shout from the side lines it doesnt say much for the training. I often wonder how much of it the players hear.
It's more the fact that if it gets ruined over winter you'll have shit loads of postponements, then have to pay 100's of thousands to relay a new one every summer.. Not ideal for lower league clubs
It’s the revenue you can gain by having an artificial pitch. All the time you’re not using it, local Sunday league teams pay to train on it. Worthing do the same. Grass pitch and you’re not letting anyone touch it except for game day

Marc already said there's no chance going back to cash in the stadium, sure he said it In the last or 1st episode of this season where they're discussing club matter
@@Tm-dp6qd Yeah I saw it and didn't expect Marc to go on like "it's the way everything is going" because thats only the way big massive corporations everyone hates is going, how much extra does it cost to cash up really? He could buy one less hat a month and cover the cost no bother.
@@Tm-dp6qd I mean sure it's not worked for Dorking recently but it certainly works for clubs at and around this level, I mean look one level higher at gateshead or 2 levels lower at a side like cribbs (last season at least). But yes clubs do need a plan B, taking the example of Gateshead again, they couldn't play against sides that sat deep last season because they couldn't create the chances by playing lots of passes around the box.
To be fair unless you're Man City, Barcelona or Real Madrid, forget it. So many goals in the Premier League these days come from crap teams (which is most of them) trying to play football in their own third or even box. Maybe twice a season you'll work the ball all the way from back to front and score, doesn't really make up for the 10-20 goals given away.
Dorking are massive everywhere they go!
'Sandwiched between Bath and Swindon'....does this make them a Chippenham butty??
👏
The matchday menu has spelled potato 'potatoe' I like potato's but I don't think I would enjoy pota-toes
Marc dominated that team talk thank god
Love the gaffer he’s a character for sure and he loves to give the officials a bit stick 😂👍
Great episode
The teams at this level seem to play a lot more on the floor than the league above.
15:20 Marc pulling a Neil Warnock "are you with me" lmfaooo
Mark White the 🐐

he’s a perfectionist, even when things are going perfectly he’s barking at that. winners mentality
Brings off kuhl and midfield all over the place. Limiting to out wide and crosses in the box will only get you so far
Rutherford goal , what a fucking great strike
“We’re watching X-factor tonight”😂
Is that Mitchell back? 11:54
Where's the Black guy, right back? Saw him once now he's disappeared?
His name is Jordan Norville-Williams and he is injured.
Is it really that expensive to have a grass pitch?
The installation of a new pitch is a high six-figure job. And it's not their pitch to change at this stage.

Dorking are 13th at the moment getting worse each week

I thought I was listening to Gordon Ramsey in the beginning.
Wait Mitch is back??

Didn't know mitch was back at the club?!
Don't get too attached!

Jamie Rutherford - For Old Times
As a Celtic fan I would ĺove dorking to turn up this season before Mark ends up on the valium.
get him to the brazen 🤣🤣
I'm buying FA until the concessions stand takes cash again.

@mrjones1696 I fully agree with you mate. Cash is just as good, don't have to pay the bullshit % charge to the card holder companies either
@raymondoakford8357 don't blame you pal, cash is king
Very shocked Marc made the decision to go cashless
Foulkes is dodgy. Doesn't ever look comfortable.
So boring seeing teams at this level playing nonsense tiki taka out from a goal kick!
Kick it long, head it down, go from there
Just how the game is now a days got to adapt
@@Jake-cc6rd no what needs to happen is the fashion coaches need to have a plan b. I don't mean mark I mean as a whole
Shows it doesnt work tho. Had nearly 70% of the ball against a terrible weymouth and lost 2-1 @Jake-cc6rd
