I trained as an actor at one of the worlds top drama schools. The parallels between art and sport are not to be sniffed at. Although it looks harsh when Marc gets angry at his team in the locker room, I know for a fact it is exactly what they needed to hear. In acting you sometimes have to work with directors who can’t give you the kick up the backside that you really need as a man in order to reach your full potential, but when you meet those people who are able to get fking angry at your performance and give you hell for letting them down, yet still it all come at you from a place of love and support, you know you’re working with a perfect person to help you grow your craft. Marc is a gem and I’m chuffed to see him running a team like this with such heart and passion ❤️
This gaffer is speaking out of his arse, the winger was quality on the day. He was whipping in balls with shape, quality and pace, made the target man Jason Pryor look like he was a quality finisher.
Just binge watched the charlswood doc, now onto this, keep these coming please and I’m sure you will have hundreds of thousands subscribed before too long! I’ve subbed myself
I’m so grateful I’ve never watched this brilliant documentary before now and that I get to binge it all for the next few weeks. Lovely stuff, lads. Lovely, lovely stuff. Well done and thanks for making this free for us all to watch on UA-cam
@@BunchOfAmateurs it really wasn’t a dig, I’ve told 17 lads in my group chat that this is an absolute must watch, it’s just when the cross is going in I just want that excitement whether he’s going to nod it in rather than know before the moves started 🙌 the narrating is class and makes it what it is, I’d just rather that slight suspense! Hopefully you’ll just take that as constructive criticism because again, it’s class 👍
I think I've seen this first series, I remember the manager screaming at the ref and constantly getting carded for it 😂. I missed the following seasons though, be good to catch up
The narration... having listened to the older seasons before this one. Is it mandatory for it to start out drab? I feel like its common for shows to start out with little emotion and then get more as they move a long. Fucking cheer up Rich
It's when the manager goes off on his "f**k this, f**k that" rant it's embarrassing. I've been in dressing rooms where managers can't get their point across without saying f**k in every sentence. It's not necessary, it just shows he's struggling to get his thoughts across to the players. Of course it's men's football not kiddies kick-about, and that language is used and has its place for sure. But by using f**k constantly it loses its effectiveness. Anyway, just my opinion. Great channel by the way, has me reminiscing about my playing days. Keep it up 👌
So, gonna sound like the pocky-scoffing filipino american who's dad plays in some 50+ year old NY/NJ filipino league where they cant dunk I like the docuseries, but, my ONE critique, as nice as this game footage is and as hard as it is to find this stuff. I think this series would have benefited more (as well as the other series on this channel), on focusing on who the team is, what their lives are like, and why they play soccer in the first place. Again, its a fun series showing the trials and tribulations of the teams, both this and the charlwood series, i just dont feel actually emotionally attatched to anyone except for the manager
"He could have been kiiiiilled" 🤣
Absolutely loooooove these documentaries.
Narration is what makes these docs. Amazing stuff lads
the narrator adds so much to all of these episodes, i haven’t gotten tired of his voice

I thought that was really well put together. The narrating is good as well.

Be honest, you're the winger with a fake youtube account aren't you?
@@mancdown mate I'm just a fat bloke at home who can barely get up and down the pitch nowadays
When did you last start a football team and manage it to 8 promotions to get to the national league?? Never ?? Shut the fuck up then
Tbf dude looks like he fines his players and sniffs there wages
Great quality documentary - looking forward to more of these
Can’t believe Iv not seen these before so well produced !
We can’t believe you waited so long James! But great to have you on board.
"This video contains profanity from the outset" you weren't lying
We NEVER lie about profanity.

Wins 4-1, winger has a great game 'You won't be playing in the big games'. Strange🤣
Didn't listen to what he said then.
@@Afed390exactly what I was thinking.. he explained why 🤷🏽♂️
Keep quiet if you don't know what you are saying
I love how he was telling the winger that he wasn’t good enough when he got like 3 or 4 assists lol
Man of the match too 🤣
Manager is a actor and not a good 1
Yeah because he was jogging and not getting back
So excited to watch this through, what a gem of a series!

Thank you, we really appreciate the feedback.
I'm in the same position, just discovered it today. However not sure if I'll watch from the beginning. Is it worth it?
Can’t believe I never watched the Dorking eps🤯 I finished all the other ones and now I’m hooked again😉
Whipped in something like a million beautiful crosses, got 3 assists and told he's not playing in the big games.
4:58 that touch from Fogden was delicious 😙👌
you wouldn't be quiet if i didn't pay you on time, you'd probably let me know. LOL
Really good video ⚽️📽
Love this....so much better than the pre madonna premiership bore feist.
This is the football i fell in love with
Pre Madonna 😂
Number 16 is absolutely magic
Fun fact he use to play for tonbridge
Is that Wes Fogden as in used to play for Pompey Wes Fogden?!
Just stop telling us what’s going to happen before it happens please! Everything else is class
We’re a documentary, Jack, not Match of the Day. There’s a subtle difference between commentary and narration!

@@BunchOfAmateurs fully deserved guys, watched the whole lot in one night 😂 you just worry about getting out more content! 👍👍 #class
Working until 11pm most nights to keep bashing the edits out. We won’t let you down Jack!

I thought they were 2 down not 2 nil up lol the way the manager was going on 😂😂
15:28 searching for the opposite of complimentary 🤫🤪
Mark sounds like me playing football manager 'I'll be honest I have not got a facking clue what happened'
Who did the bra belong to??
Your mam

You’ve probably got one more comment before I shadow ban you.
This manager. Love it.
Why does the voice over bloke sound so depressed in comparison to the latest videos?!
How much do these level players get paid👌🏾
Ah! The bra in the bedroom moment.......... Asking for a friend, how best to deal with that situation?
Think he’s good but very harsh

You don’t need your coach when you’re winning well. Mark should shh sometimes
These games could be condensed so much. Shame to see that be the downfall.
Downfall of what?
