It only costs around $1200 to ship a motorcycle from Texas to Norway, and round trip airfare is around $600 bought months ahead of time. That's not bad. Hotels aren't cheap, and camping is limited from my research, though. It still would cost around $5k round trip plus hotel, food for a week.

It is very difficult to know the route by only stating the route from where the start going to the endpoint; however, if you attach a link to the Google map showing exactly the route that we should be using it would be a very specific and much more helpful.

Camping is not limited, you can camp pretty much anywhere in the wilderness as long as you only stay 2 nights each place.
