t would be better to put it on bottom. The weight should be at bottom not top.

@@skinners100honestreviews3 I sincerely was trying to be helpful. Typically you want the weight at the bottom. the way the device works it would be great on bottom as long as bolts not in way. It will be MUCH stronger this way also.
