- small batch chocolate chip cookies! makes 5 to 6 cookies only!
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
mix and set everything set
melt 4 tablespoon of unsalted butter
let butter sit for 1 to 2 minutes in the bowl - just to cool down a bit
to the butter add 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
whisk for 1 minute
1 egg yolk
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
mix
add in the dry ingredients
mix until combined
1/3 cup chocolate chips
fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula
prepare a baking pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350°F
scoop out 2 tbsp of cookie dough
bake for 10 to 12 minutes
when you take cookies out of the oven, the cookies will be lightly golden on the edges
center of the cookie will be slightly under baked - that's what will give the cookie a chewy texture!
let cookies cool down in the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a cookie rack to cool down and firm up - Навчання та стиль
Update: I made these today, reduced the sugar by half. They smelled amazing in the oven, and tasted soooooo good. Definitely keeping the recipe. Two thumbs up. Thanks again!

How did you reduce the sugar? Add more flour or?
@@lavenderbex no, i didnt add more flour, just reduced the sugar. You can add some liquid, as sugar becomes liquid but i did not do anything else
I made these with my very small amount of chocolate chips and I would just like to say THANK YOU!! The recipe was perfect and I didn’t regret baking cookies because I only made about 10 cookies and I didn’t feel overwhelmed like I usually do when I try to bake using an entire bag of chocolate chips. They came out delicious too!! ❤

I made these while I was super drunk and high last night. Crunched up a bunch of red Congolese and sautéed it in brown butter… best cookies of my life!! 😂🙌🏼

I used CountryCrock Plant Butter and Dairy Free Chocolate Chips and the cookies were amazing! I did however have to bake them at 350° for 15mins

use salted butter then. do not add the 1/8 teaspoon of salt
didnt work turned out way too dry before i put it in the oven
