2024 will be a good year! I manifest that for all of us with you. I'm going to run a half-marathon (currently the max distance I have run is 5km). I want to focus on my health, I've been having back issues/migraines so I'm going to focus on being healthier. I'm going to create a big career goal as well to get promoted to the role I want at my company on a fast track, even if it doesn't happen I think this push me to stop living in so much fear when it comes to my career. Overall, I wanted to challenge myself with more meaty goals as this year my personal life was so busy yet I am proud of myself for being more consistent with the goals I set for 2023 in so many areas and I know I showed so much growth in several areas of my life. I'm going to plan everything out this month and work hard to meet these goals come January! Excited for your content in 2024 and your non re-brand/me-brand haha!

2024 will be a good year! I manifest that for all of us with you.
I'm going to run a half-marathon (currently the max distance I have run is 5km). I want to focus on my health, I've been having back issues/migraines so I'm going to focus on being healthier. I'm going to create a big career goal as well to get promoted to the role I want at my company on a fast track, even if it doesn't happen I think this push me to stop living in so much fear when it comes to my career. Overall, I wanted to challenge myself with more meaty goals as this year my personal life was so busy yet I am proud of myself for being more consistent with the goals I set for 2023 in so many areas and I know I showed so much growth in several areas of my life. I'm going to plan everything out this month and work hard to meet these goals come January!

I loved your coffee talks back in 2017-2019, it helped me to go through the rough time in my life, while i was studying abroad and everything was chaotic. i missed the simplicity of „kalyn’s coffee talks”. And to be honest, i’ve never really got used to „koze”. So so so happy about this decision ❤️ (english is not my first language sorry if i made some mistakes)
