Yeah he needs a alcohol still, but when you make alcohol, you only get around a glass full of ethanol and the rest is alcohol.... I used some of the ethanol from my still in my lawn mower and it smoked up bad and wasn't running very well but I cut my lawn 😂😂
Hey Sam there is a conversion that you can use old cooking oil as diesel on some old diesel cars and trucks like old french fry oil will run your car but it smells like french fries while your driving down the road thats the only bad thing about it !
It only works in old diesel engines with a mechanical fuel pump+ its illegal in some countries maybe in japan too because it creates so much more black smoke it almost looks like the car is running super rich but its because the oil wont burn 100%.
The Crown is one of my favourite cars one your channel. I'm a little bit disappointed that it's getting treated poorly 😢.. Here's a challenge, find a way to get the Crown to Northern Ireland so I can look after it 😀
Yeah the reserve tank is what like 10 liters so unless you drove it around on the empty light for a good 30km there was most likely plenty of petrol still in the tank. But way too funny 😂
Very true. Was going to mention that the empty light tells when you should be putting fuel in, not that there isn't any at all! That said, do your best not to rely on that. It's not best practice;-)
In germany we have alcohol that has 98%, i think that could work very good but thats maybe not that good for the engine i though. I realy enjoy your videos, like it
In America we have an alcohol like that as well, it's designed to be used for mixing drinks at a bar, or even general cleaning. It's called "Everclear".
Back to my statement about living in the south in the US my friends and I used to make shine that would work just fine in carburetored vehicles, no shit! They were usually bad batches that would make you either go blind or kill you if you drank it
You need something like a e-85 kit to have any chance of getting it running. People have been adding weird alcohols to gasoline for ever trying to get more power or better mileage. Dump it slowly into one of your missiles that run e-85 to burn it off.
I live in the south in the states and that liquor store blows anything we have away. If there were a store like that here the trailer parks would die off from alcohol poisoning!😂😂😂
I wonder if retrying it with just the 66% stuff or if you can find higher percentage stuff could work. Maybe even trying it as a ethanol injection system instead of methanol.
Only saw the title and 10 seconds and first thought is basic Sake is usually 20-25% ethanol, it is not hard liquor. And two, even at ones with 66%, the majority of what is not ethanol is water which any car person should know does not do well in a combustion engine. Curious to watch the rest. Unless the water part is removed, it will hydro lock probably. The water will not compress and the pistons will not be happy.
That spiryutus booze would have had a better chance of working :D Ain't it like 95% or something crazy like that? Also I wonder if those fuel additives that claim to help clear water in fuel systems would help at all if you were to get rid of the mixture fuel like 10l at a time per full tank.
(Oof, I culda told you that wasn't gonna work. I would also suggest just draining it rather than making a bigger-volume problem by adding more gasoline.) The problem isn't the alcohol, it's the water and other stuff. (If it *were* closer to pure alcohol you'd still need to keep it in range of any flex fuel sensor. You might try with purer water on a carbureted engine you can adjust the timing on.
That was hilarious..🤣🤣 ha ha ha... Don't know the thought process there.. Sake is fermented alcohol.. fermented alcohol have sugar in it. As far as I know sugar and gasoline don't mix very well and is a great way to stop a engine from starting... 😂 Distilled fermentation like vodka, moonshine.. ( the 66 bottle, some whiskey.. ) etc.. That's pure alcohol and would work as fuel, not very good but would work and could also damage engine... Keep up the awesomeness CHEERS! 🤭😆🥳😎
i recently saw Garbage Time's vid where he did something similar on an old 2-stroke Fiat and that thing ran no problem LOL nonetheless this crown you have now is utterly badass
As someone who drinks adult beverages and what I've learn through years of never again until later....never mix your alcohol , you will go down quick and hard start next day (hangover)...!!! 💯🤣😂 I take it your not a drinker seeing you mix...I can respect that 😎🙌🏽🤙🏽
Just curious what if I’m in an Uber and the driver has been drinking but I don’t know because I don’t know them personally at all. Would I still get fined?
A new meaning to the term “ricer”
That drink and driving law should be a universal law.
Indeed!
I agree 100%
faaaxxx
Agreed, people would think twice about drunk driving
Yeah !!! We definitely need that in the US !!!
Laughed so hard when daiki said “dead” 😂😂😂
Your starter was PISSED at this video 😂😂
I think the 4 gallon one is too watered down. Even the 66 proof is still watered down.
Yeah he needs a alcohol still, but when you make alcohol, you only get around a glass full of ethanol and the rest is alcohol.... I used some of the ethanol from my still in my lawn mower and it smoked up bad and wasn't running very well but I cut my lawn 😂😂
Its probable for home made umeshu (Japanese Plum Wine)
Specifically water. Water does really crappy stuff to your fuel systems. Especially no return fuel systems.
You know what they say, a 66 a day keeps the engine problems away
Its best chace would have been on link ecu. Different alcohols act different. But e85 for example uses 25-30% more fuel on the fuel map.
Never, way to low alco. And they r plenty other stadalones that r better then link..
I love Daki’s reaction to getting the Kei Van once he sat down in the crown he was like forsure getting the car👌🏽🫡
Hey Sam there is a conversion that you can use old cooking oil as diesel on some old diesel cars and trucks like old french fry oil will run your car but it smells like french fries while your driving down the road thats the only bad thing about it !
some dude in my town did this he also made a song about it the mighty 190e
Haha
It only works in old diesel engines with a mechanical fuel pump+ its illegal in some countries maybe in japan too because it creates so much more black smoke it almost looks like the car is running super rich but its because the oil wont burn 100%.
Back in the day didn't big black in the show rob&big use big blacks ford pinto to run on old grease and he painted it matte green lol
The Crown is one of my favourite cars one your channel. I'm a little bit disappointed that it's getting treated poorly 😢..
Here's a challenge, find a way to get the Crown to Northern Ireland so I can look after it 😀
Love these crazy videos that you do from time to time keep them coming! 😁
when you pour fluids from bottle you should swirl it, its way faster for draining the bottle
The car knew the law he was not going anywhere with that much alcohol in his system
Damnit Sammit!! 😂 next time use Everclear!!! Or get ya some homemade Moonshine from the states!!! Lol! Was a different but interesting video!!! 😂
Yeah and the British Internet, so nice car so you have to drain it all out clean the tank clean all of the fuel pipes 😅😅😅😅
hay SAMMIT try tiner for Experiment, in sri lanka we used thinner as gas when petrol distribution suddenly stoped.I'm sure thats gonna work
not good for the engine though.
I realy enjoy your videos
Thanks!
I wonder if you did this to a high compression engine and advanced the ignition timing if it would run?
Yeah the reserve tank is what like 10 liters so unless you drove it around on the empty light for a good 30km there was most likely plenty of petrol still in the tank. But way too funny 😂
Very true. Was going to mention that the empty light tells when you should be putting fuel in, not that there isn't any at all! That said, do your best not to rely on that. It's not best practice;-)
Do they sell “dry gas” in Japan? We use it if there is water mixed in. I think it would work!
Sam and Daiki blessed by the good idea fairy 😂
In germany we have alcohol that has 98%, i think that could work very good but thats maybe not that good for the engine i though.
I realy enjoy your videos, like it
Rein da mit dem Weingeist 😅 oder auf Absinth würd das ding laufen

2:48 bottle of berzerk rip ❤
Need to try doing space saver wheels challenge haha big car on tiny dinky wheels that would be funny
When we run stuff on backwoods texas shine you have to increase the air intake alot. It needs a much leaner mixture to run properly
Maybe with the e85 mod where you can switch between the 85 and regular fuel.. where the part is smart to detect what gas you're running
15:00 OH I SMELL THAT BEAT, Please somebody make a mixtape from it 🤣🤣🤣
That battery and starter motor trying their very best 😆
“Kinda nice hey” 😂😂😂 realllyyy niceee
U remember rudnic doing it to the sr20 in the mx5 they did it with vodka i think and had e85 fuel system with ecu u can tune
You need something like a e-85 kit to have any chance of getting it running. People have been adding weird alcohols to gasoline for ever trying to get more power or better mileage. Dump it slowly into one of your missiles that run e-85 to burn it off.
tony the maluch running on any type of alcohol known:
Awesome video as always Sammit. What type of laws for DUI do they have in Australia?
I live in the south in the states and that liquor store blows anything we have away. If there were a store like that here the trailer parks would die off from alcohol poisoning!😂😂😂
Should do a collaboration with Orion bro!
Nice RB in the background. Cool colour 🤠
I love these kinda videos, also the Z looks hella good.
There was a guy here in the states years ago that built a chopper (motorcycle) that ran off of Patrón Tequila
I’d like to see if you had like everclear there. In the states it’s like 90%.
Next experiment try to attend a Yakuza meeting.
3:46 Daiki's 'nani kore'
Is that safe for engine? Just wondering?
Finally Bmw content 🤗 on sammit channel 😊😊😊 btw the E60 is my all time favorite sedan.
I wonder if retrying it with just the 66% stuff or if you can find higher percentage stuff could work. Maybe even trying it as a ethanol injection system instead of methanol.
Sam you need to get Everclear. That stuff ranges from 60 to 90.
Only saw the title and 10 seconds and first thought is basic Sake is usually 20-25% ethanol, it is not hard liquor. And two, even at ones with 66%, the majority of what is not ethanol is water which any car person should know does not do well in a combustion engine. Curious to watch the rest. Nope.... not high enough alcohol content.... Sake normally comes between 14% and 25% (apperently)
21:20 Daiki "no more alcohol"
spraying into the intake while pushing the throttle works better
Looks like you decided not to keep it an relist in the auctions
That car gone crosseyed and wobbly, the only time it been on the road is when it crossed it 🥴🥴😂👍🇦🇺🦘
I would have got more % like 85% - 95% alcohol. But probably it could have burnt alone from the pressure.
drain it out the tank and use it thus, mix in some paint thinner and you'll have instant ' universal solvent.'
That spiryutus booze would have had a better chance of working :D Ain't it like 95% or something crazy like that?
Also I wonder if those fuel additives that claim to help clear water in fuel systems would help at all if you were to get rid of the mixture fuel like 10l at a time per full tank.
I don't think it was a complete failure 😂 cause now you've created the next giveaway car !😛
Sam why are you trying to mess this car up bro , it's a damn shame 😂😂😂
Sammit is turning himself into a bogan 😂😅 Dammit sammit!
Love your experiment’s you do with the cars . Please keep them coming if it’s not too hard that is .
Some white lighting real deal shine would make it run lol.
You need alcohol that is 90 proof and up that’s what ruddy did with the sr20 roadster
Now you're car is drunk 😂 good job
This is giving me ideas😂😂😂
You need some good ole American white lightning ⚡️ in that tank! Haha.
You've become the WISH of car content....
iirc alcohol has to be at least above 40% abv to burn. Lower than that and there's too much water.
I tend to remember the saying: "Alcohol fire is invisible"
Boi that Crown got DRUNKEN
No Mo Sa Ke!
When are you gonna post a vid driving the r32, we've been waiting for so long.
Next upload :)
@@SAMMIT yayy
You want some advice I'm making a car sound better turbo custom exhaust AND SOME ENGINE MODIFICATIONS
That car is so gangster. I want one. Manual swap drift vip sedan when?
What year is that Toyota Crown?
Japanese law. Don't drive after drinking sake. Do not feed your Japanese car with sake either
That 66 looks like Everclear, but that is 95%, maybe a moonshine will work better.
Run it on straight octane boost
Oh no that Crown getting Drunk
A 14 gallon fill-up of 87 octane in san diego California usa is $70 so what ever that is in yen im not sure
dankpods got his malauch to run on kerosene, maybe try that as another dumb idea
My father do that with a vw beatle with vodka and runs but the carburator be dirty soon and he have to clean (sory for my english)
That was hilarious..🤣🤣 ha ha ha... Don't know the thought process there.. Sake is fermented alcohol.. fermented alcohol have sugar in it.

This is funny content love it but hell had to try at least once lol
You should use most remover in the tank .
Curious how thoes injectors look now
i recently saw Garbage Time's vid where he did something similar on an old 2-stroke Fiat and that thing ran no problem LOL
nonetheless this crown you have now is utterly badass

Sam please do a cost breakdown video 💯💯💯
make power with that engine only few people have done it twin turbo it or supercharged or N/A
A content sensor and a ecu it might work
Would be interesting to see if you can improve the cars fuel economy and performance just by doing a dyno tune.
If you want it to run you're gonna need everclear 190 proof. Not sure if they sell it in Japan, but we have it in the states.
This crown is the average alcoholic now
i dont know i u drained the fuel yet but add some of that octaine booster
dam u drained it u should have tried it
Is put a high octane and put two cans of seafoam
Full build, libertywalk kit the crown
you basically just added water to the tank. im not shocked this didnt work
Whelp the answer is no, but this was a funny ass video
Me and my bro run one or banger racers on paint thiner that worked 😂
What year is the crown?
Just curious what if I’m in an Uber and the driver has been drinking but I don’t know because I don’t know them personally at all. Would I still get fined?
I just asked ChatGPT and it says YES you as a passenger can also get fined.
I just asked ChatGPT and it says YES you as a passenger can also get fined.
@sammit try naphthalene next time ! You will see what will happen greek old trick for street racing.
