Hey Tango, just so you know, the Hobs you start with are Starter Hobs and are slower than the base Hobs you can buy; same with the Starter sink being slower than the base Sink you can buy and the Starter Plates being less than the base Plates you can buy. So it's always a good idea at the start to buy base appliances the first few rounds to get rid of the Starter appliances, then work on upgrades. I've franchised on my own over 10x now, using this method.

I am one of the ones who loves when you and Skizz play this game. I recently saw Shubble and Ollie play it.. and they were also hilarious their team huddles, he is a mad man with the phone and front of house. I dunno if it would be possible but if the 4 of you could get together it would be so amazing.
There's a mod called "better colorblind" or something like that. It's a great quality of life mod, and the drag and drop mod for kitchen/dining room setup. I would also recommend serving over the counters. With a kitchen that size, you could split the kitchen in half and have the tables over the counter windows
To be fair it was a team failure. Skizz could have saved it by going straight to the potatoes, but I don't think he knew he didn't have to cook another steak with it. It's still a learning experience.
I think they were both confused about serving sides. Sides can be served on any plate that's delivered to the table or on it's own. They'll take it however it arrives.

For anyone who plays this and wants a better way to handle some of these, a dish like potatos or mushrooms with steak its always best to let the player with customers to manage those, cuz mushrooms arent cooked, and after the potatos are cooked place them on a counter where the guest player can just add them so the chef only has to worry about steaks xD
I usually work on upgrading the dining tables because one of the upgrades is a table for 2 where they share a meal, so you only need one meal for each party that sits there. Also I believe that for foods that need condiments, you can place the condiment holder right next to the table and they'll grab it off there. I remember doing that for soy sauce for dumplings

Tray gaming was a mess back when he played with Br0dy. The devs have updated the tray and it's a lot easier to use now, still a learning curve, but not an impossible one

Danger hob is better than safety hob for automated hotdogs, because once you use a combiner to put the bun on the dog, it can't burn anymore. So it's just 2.67x faster than a safety hob with no downside.
On that steak run, you really needed to take the plates entirely away from Skizz. He kept screwing himself over with them and wasting a lot of time plating, which you could have done instead. Also, those mushrooms could have been a shared job - he keeps a counter stocked with chopped shrooms, but if he's too busy you can reach over to grab and chop them yourself.
To be fair... In the states, we have culturally started to push toward turning away from ketchup on a hotdog frequently by insulting people who like it... It was standard at least until WW2ish, and can be seen on early advertising as a standard generic hotdog. It can still be found as a standard in Latin America, the Czech Republic, Uruguay, much of Asia, Pennsylvania, Jersey, Boston, Some styles in the Midwest, NYC, and is considered a STANDARD for the "All American" Dog which uses Yellow Mustard, Ketchup, Relish, and Onion... To the best of my knowledge the "All American", the "Coney Island", and the "New York Dog" are probably the three most universally recognized condiment combinations (perhaps not by name, but by what is on them), though traditionally each region has its own prefered variations. To the best of my knowledge it is still traditional to skip the ketchup if using another tomato based condiment such as chili or BBQ sauce variants, etc.
The movement is said to have started in the 50s in Chicago when one restaurateur claimed it was used to cover the taste of spoiled hotdogs (though ironically it subsequently became the standard in Chicago to bury the flavor of the dog with mustard, relish, onions, tomato wedges, pickles, peppers, salt and more on what was called the "Chicago Dog", credited to have been invented by the same restaurateur who started the anti ketchup movement.)
Okay this is a SERIOUS issue which needs to be corrected... Mister Tango. SMH A hot dog is best enjoyed with both ketchup and spicy mustard. I expect you to correct this major psychological deficiency immediately, or I shall call child protective services and have Skizz removed from your care. LOL
I feel like you're really under-valuing the blueprint desk; it should almost *always* be what youre trying to get with your first desk you upgrade because it makes it so much easier to get another desk, whereas if you take any other desk youre just not gonna get another desk unless RNG is *really* nice to you
The new meta is to go copy desk first and throw away your discount desk in hopes that you get another one. Then when you do, you copy it first, then upgrade and copy until you have as many blueprint desks as you want.
Midwestern here. Not exactly sure what you mean by silicon sausage. We've got several different types of pork sausage, usually in a relatively tough casing. But they're not what we call hotdogs. Our hotdogs are more like blended up extra bits in a really soft casing. They have a really uniform texture. I think they're still traditionally made with pork. Personally I wouldn't be so generous as to call a hotdog a sausage. 😅

i put swedish dressing on a hot dog, i gag with mustard and horse rellish onions and garlic with a little pesto, garlic and chives is also good.
