This happens in real life, many Africans travel to Saudi Arabia and come back when are removed and with heart too and their bodies in cases, and good hospital in my country 🇺🇬, many peoples complains there kidney are stolen and sue hospitals but nothing happens since it’s a poor country and happens to poor people
