The Italian handsome cop on the motorcycle, wearing two-tone alligator boots with swagger, and saying that the body is a temple of the soul is my kind of man. Until he lights up a cigarette. Oh well, that daydream was short-lived and good while it lasted.
Everyone smoked back then, it was normal, thanks to tobacco giants marketing.

the saxophone, piano drums who whole ambiance of the film is 'breathtaking' it glides along, excellent cast , wow films like this now a rarity .

A GOOD DETECTIVE WOULD HAVE PUT THE WHOLE DEATH SCENE TOGETHER. THE WINDOW WAS BROKEN FROM OUTSIDE. HER HUSBAND NEVER GOT ON A PLANE. THE INTRUDER WORE A MASK.

Harry Hamlin's character lives in a dump but drives a very nice and sexy sportscar. The words spoken over and over again "I know what you are going through" should have been re-written in the script. Love the music and overall a good movie with great actors.

With in 10 minutes this movie is so stupid I should turn it off. However I like the actors, the music and feel of the flick. Red hair to blond hair in 2 minutes and then the wife somehow gets the hubby to attack her with a knife in some kind of game we will find out later. I hope it is as simple as the wussy whipped hubby getting angry cause he was so weak for nook nook he missed his plane and a multi million dollar deal. This cynic will carry on cause at the moment I have nothing better to do.
Harry Hamlin looks like Jim Morrison, it reminds me of him. I love the house but is far from the ocean.

Awesome movie, thank you! Just a note: if the hubby masked as burglar used a knife instead of his own gun he kept hidden at home - it seems to me the most consistent. He hoped he can get out clean, in that case: how a burglar would know that there is a gun in the house?

Backdrop too loud and ruined the nice mellow piano in bar. Not smart messing with the suspect when case not closed. Stupid. He sure is "eye candy". Like the pace and quiet mellow conversation. Most movies r fast pace and ear drum painfully loud. Did like the movie. If zoned for, would turn that house into hotel/restaurant.
