If you came for the video title it's only the first 18 minutes. The short answer is no because of potential injury and decreased performance. Focus training on different muscles and wait for sore ones to recover.

Started at age 15 and a half, I trained 6-7 days per week. I got a lot of gains and I got big quick. I always worked out when I was sore or really sore. I got the best gains by doing this. The trick is to lift the lighter weights when you’re really sore. Then when you absolutely can’t workout anymore bc the soreness is really bad then back off and let your body rest for 2-3 days. I always make sure I get enough whey protein, chicken, and rice. Always worked for me, I got muscled up really quick.

Here's a tip (from my experience, yours may/will vary and I won't argue with you)
I've been very athletic for most of my life. There have been ebbs and flows throughout as with everyone. I'm now in the best shape of my life and it's very simple in theory. If you work out, you're probably going to get sore (duh) however there are LEVELS. If you're attempting to go 100% all the time, every day OF COURSE you're more at risk of injury. This is why the classic bro split has so much time for rest and recovery. 60-85% is usually perfect to consistently grind every day. Every month and a half or 2 months slip in a deload week (active recovery, very light effort/weight) to help your body catch up. If you're lightly/moderately sore, WARM UP PROPERLY!! Heavily sore or intense pain? Let it heal. Good sleep and food does wonders.
P.s. I've been laughing that there are many points being reiterated as I type them. For the most part, bravo.

Top tip from a top PT…..
your arm muscles are built for strength and legs for endurance! That’s why legs get more DOMs arms never get doms! You need arms to train back and chest so you can essentially train arms when they are sore! But they never get sore!
Train arms more, if you train chest legs back then abs then arms you have in fact trained arms 3 x in that week

If u start working out the right way u shouldn’t deal with any muscle soreness, maybe a small soreness. I hate when I see new people at the gym then they wanna lift so much that they can do anything for week because there are so sore for days. It’s called training for a reason. It’s not called u reached ur goal. It takes time to develop a muscle conditioning to be able to sustain and endure intense workouts. I can back squat and won’t be sore at all the next day. I took the time to build my muscle without punishing myself unnecessarily

DOMS happens in the legs when you contract a muscle that is currently still extending. This is why you get much more sore running downhill. As you start to contract the muscle, your weight is still pulling g downhill, extending the muscle length while you are actively contracting it.

I didnt watch this vudeo, but once you reach your peak you'll get weaker sctually. I go hard! I can work out 2 to 3 times a day for hours & out lift most people in the gym. Once you peak out (i do after about 6 months or so), take a break for a while. I mean up to a month or more if need be. During that time, eat right & get plenty of rest. Drink water & take supplements. Replenish your body. If tou want gains, dont be afraid to even put on a little excess weight if you're at an advanced stage of working out. Maybe diu some cardio. The key is, when you start back, you'll start back stronger than you were the last time. Repeat this cycle.
I dont do steroids, but it's like steroids or taking supplements.....you cycle on & off so your body will build uo a tolerance ir brcome immune to it. Then there's gains.

No pain no Brain 😅 if I don't get some sore muscles from My workouts Then it's not fun. I want Gain's from My Time At the gym and I get Them. Not there to socialize or stare at mirrors. Don't need to watch a 4 hour video for lame advice 😂. 65 years Young and getting younger every day ❤

You gotta reconsider your video content and length.
4 hours is crazy for a video.
This is not a consumable format and should be split up into like 4-8 smaller videos.
