As much as I love Verdi's Falstaff, every time I hear this overture, it makes me wish this opera were performed more frequently on this side of the Atlantic. Thanks for posting this great rendition of such a charming piece!

I have listened to the full opera, 3 vinyl records. The opera isn't as exciting the overture, that's why it's rarely performed.
